> 24 hourThe battery would Discharge quickly even when the laptop was shut down. I would fully charge it and shut it down and 2 days later turn it back on 30 to 40% of the charge was gun while, the laptop was shut down. Try to get the help From HP, They try to update my software, but they mess it up My softer and tok them 3 days to send me operating system. After few hours Reinstalling the software and updating steel I had the same problem with the battery. So he said that they going to send me a Box to send it to HP for repair. It took them another 3 days to send me a Box, After I packed the laptop and went to 3 different fedex finally realised that They didnt send me the shipping package. So I called Amazon And I explained what happened to me. Very nice representative tok care of my problem and sent me return label.

> 24 hourBought this laptop brand new about a month ago to use for school (zoom lessons, email, some excel, etc.). Unfortunately, this computer is SLOW and the screen starts to continuously glitch everyday until I restart. When sharing my screen during a meeting, the computer completely freezes. Not reliable.

> 24 hourThe only negative is the power button on the side. You have to be careful not to turn it off when you pick it up by the side.

> 24 hourI like this computer. Easy to use. Unfortunately the battery life is awful. I can have it fully charged and within a day or two without using it, the battery is dead. I am considering sending it back or ask the company for a replacement battery. Not a computer you can depend on if you just pick it up to use now and then without it being on charge all the time.

> 24 hourThis computer has been great so far. The touchscreen is very sensitive, and the touchpad is actually one of the better ones I’ve ever used – usually when I use a touchpad I’m reaching for the mouse after a few minutes. With this one, I am good using the touchpad for long periods of time.

> 24 hourAfter two weeks of use, I like the feel and action of the keyboard and that it is lighted. Everyday light computing will not tax this machine but I am not sure how it would be for gaming or intensive graphic manipulation. Battery life is less than 3-4 hours of light computing. Im not sure Ill keep this machine, mostly because of the battery life and feeling unsure of whether it truly has DDR 4 ram.
