Simple and easy to use. I also bought a fancier, multi-channel toner, but returned that because this is so easy to use.

    love this tool, works perfectly.

The stinger part of the coaxial slip on just popped out and keeps pulling out every use, not the greatest quality it seems structurally. Works great otherwise. Jonard doesn’t usually let me down, but a little frustrated since I spent my own money for a work tool.

Do not store this with a battery inside, in the event of a battery leak the design makes it impossible to remove without destroying the device. Would not recommend.

bad design .. the stinger its very sensitive if you happen to bend it a little bit it will break easily. I have 5 of this that I cant get fix. same problem with all of them. they should make the stinger replaceable.

I bought 2 of these at one time, since I had lost the heads or speakers of my Advantage toners and knew something would get lost off one of these as well. These toners feel a lot more well built than advantage but they only last a month. I use toners every day to install dish. My first one went dead so I wrote Jonard and they mailed me a new one for free. I used the free one while the second one I purchased sat in my glove box for a month. Free one died, grabbed the other one, dead after a month. No it wasnt the battery, I tried different batteries. The speaker still works great but only with a receiver hooked up to push voltage. The heads on these short out and dont push voltage out to power the speakers. As much as Ive spent on these cheap things Ive decided to purchase a fluke toner. Well see if its money well spent
