    Greater than one week

I wanted to add something to my windows for this cold weather and it helped me sealed my windows perimeter. Also use it for my bedroom door to do some noise canceling and it’s at the job.

Likes: * the black is black (not a variation of black) * Comes off cleanly (as advertised) * easy to install - just pull off the tape * dense. I expected my door would compress it a bit, but that wasnt possible Dislikes: * The description says neoprene, and while this may technically be neoprene, it seemed more like what I would call a dense foam. Overall: Overall Im happy with this weather stripping. It installs easily, and after I pressed it in and realized it was too thick for my door, I was able to pull it off relatively cleanly - it left a bit of adhesive in one section, but that was it. The foam is dense. While I was able to cut it laterally to the right size (1/2 by 1/4), I was not able to take a razor to thin it out a bit.

TL;DR; 1/2” x 3/4” 13’ option; good adhesive; firm foam My shop door is a sliding affair in two parts with a weather seal between the two doors. My old weather seal which is 10+ year old needs refurb so I tried this. I might have chosen a slightly smaller dimension for my application but this is working fine. The foam feels pretty resiliant but a little on the stiff side for my application. I could have gone to 1/2x1/2 or perhaps somewhat thinner. That said the two doors no longer show a light gap which is the whole objective. I probably need another roll to complete the job. I found this pretty easy to apply so I have no complaints. No idea how long this stuff will last but if I have any update I’ll try to provide it. 5 Stars. A great option.

I got this to line the inside of a sliding glass door that was shutting too hard. The length was more than enough and I was able to easily peel the backing. I was able to remove part of the roll that was stuck to the door after accidentally applying it crooked and was happy that the sticky back wasnt too sticky. It also seems to stay in place even after Ive opened and shut the door several times. Im confident now that I wont break this door by sliding it into place too rough. This was exactly the solution that I was looking for.

Used this to seal some gaps around the hard tonneau cover on my truck. The adhesive holds well and the foam springs back to shape when the cover is opened. That ensure it is not compressed so it fills the entire gap nicely when the cover is closed.

Pretty easy tape to work with. Just peel and stick where you need to fill in as a weather barrier. Just make sure you get the right width and thickness for what you need.

I cant yet address the durability of this insulation tape, but I must say that Im impressed with the density of the foam and how well it adheres to a surface. I installed about one foot of this to seal a window that wont close all the way and was unable to remove all the old insulation tape and adhesive. I was concerned that this, therefore, would not stick well but it definitely did. I am both happy about that and impressed. Good stuff!

I got the 1/2 inch and used it to seal up a gap that is in the front of my truck bed where my tonneau cover leaves a gap. It went on very nice, easy to work with. The adhesion seems really good. This stuff seems like a nicer quality than some I’ve bought in the past. Instead of foamy type stuff that doesn’t hold up well, this is a little more dense like neoprene, so it doesn’t rip or flake off like stuff I’ve had before. I have a feeling this won’t deteriorate like other stuff, so it would be really good for windows. Definitely recommend.

This was just the ticket for some jobs around the house. Easy to cut. Great adhesive and the foam is better than expected too.

These weather-strips utilize a higher density foam compared to the ones I have used in the past, resulting in a much tighter seal. Additionally, the adhesive used in these weather-strips appears to be of better quality, as it adhered well to the wood surface I applied it on. Upon opening the package, there is a noticeable rubber smell; however, this is expected to diminish over time. In summary, these foam insulation strips are of good quality and effectively serve their purpose.
