I have an IPhone. I downloaded the Kasa smart app 1st and could not create an account.. tried it for 2 days. Nothing! So I had seen an app similar to Kasa called “Tether” you download Tether 1st to create your account then The Kasa App.. I hope I made someone’s day easier..

What a game changer! Light timers simplified, easy to use app, no noisy grinding timer noise. Lights can be turned on and off without messing up timer schedule. You need these in your home!

The product is excellent, connected fast and entered the network without a problem.

I bought these on a whim- I wasn’t completely sure how well they would work, but a friend recommended them. When they arrived it took me about 15 minutes to set up the first one, and maybe 5 minutes for the second one. They work great. I have some lamps attached to them, and it’s nice to be able to turn them on or off like night lights. It’s also nice to be able to turn lights on from the car when I know my hands will be full when I come home. The price is very affordable, and the app is easy to use. (I only use the app- I don’t have it hooked up to Alexa or anything like that.)

Unfortunately there is something wrong with my smart plug. It is not connecting to my lamp. However, the customer support is great. Hanson Chan was very kind, courteous, very professional, respectable, and very knowledgeable about the product. He always checked in on me if there were very long pauses and was extremely polite. The configuration process took about an hour via phone conversation… But Hanson still made his best effort to check in on me and help provide a replacement.

These make my life so easy! I have everything on one of these timers. And if I forget to turn something off/on, I can do it anytime anywhere from my phone!

Easy to setup and use. Can be controlled while traveling overseas. Inexpensive. Fast response time. Will get more.

I have so many of these it’s crazy. It is a super easy to use and super easy way to make electronics and lighting into smart devices. And you can move them around as needed. I use them for lights when we are gone, to automatically activate at certain times, and also for holiday lighting…I love these smart plugs, and the newer ones are smaller than the originals considerably.
