Kester 24-6337-0027 Solder Roll, Core Size 66, 63/37 Alloy, 0.031 Diameter

This is amazing. I was buying a cheap brand of solder before. It truly makes a difference to have a quality solder to work with.

I have been an amateur bench tech for 45 years. Every time I buy other brands solder I regret it. Kester solder with core size 66 in a 63/37 alloy and 0.031 diameter is the best all-around solder to keep on your bench. This is Kester part number 24-6337-0027. At a recent maker event, I would see people struggle with the solder they brought. I would cut off a foot of solder from my roll and they immediately noticed the difference. If you buy a roll, you will not regret it.

How do you not give a kester product anything less than 5 stars? I recently purchased a JBC solder station and knew I didnt want my expensive tips being disgraced by a lesser product. Ive been very happy with the nice joints I get with the iron and this great solder.

Really, what can you say about solder, it soldered the parts that needed soldering

I have used other brands of solder and have had inconsistent results. With the Kester 44 Rosin Core Solder I have had now issues at all. I would highly recommend this to all R/C hobbyist.
