18-12-2024I checked for counterfeit clues and found none. I had to manipulate Windows10 to accept AHCI on an old laptop (Lenovo G560 which is only SATA2 capable) before turning to AHCI in the BIOS. Once that hurdle crossed, it worked flawlessly.

> 3 dayI got this to go along with a Windows 10 upgrade on my old HP laptop that was running Vista! I did have a couple issue with Win 10 but not related to the SSD. Once I figured out that my old computer wouldnt run the 1809 version of Win 10 and I used the 1803 version everything works perfectly! The laptop boots up in 15-20 seconds or so and runs way better then ever before. The system runs much cooler now too. Keep in mind that this laptop is quite old, runs an Intel Centrino Duo 2ghz processor and 2 gigs or ram. It is now quite serviceable for surfing the web and basic computing needs.
