A great product for my Delonghi portable AC. I needed this extra long expandable hose for my high window in my bedroom. The regular Delonghi hose that came with the unit wasnt long enough. The 5.9 width 80 inch long hose that I purchased was the problem solver I needed. I would recommend this hose to anyone that has high windows and a Delonghi Portable AC unit. Great Seller on Amazon. I have an LG portable A/C in my converted toy hauler. My old hose was ripped and it was slowly getting shorter and shorter as I would snip the ripped section and with use, more tears would happen. This hose seems very well made and I plan to put it to the test in the next couple of weeks.

So it is hard to rate something that you just get and put on, but just to get the request to stop, I will rate what I k now only., I was worried it would not fit and it fits perfectly!! was also worried it would be hard to install with no directions, it was so easy I wished everything was that easy to install. It seems to be working fine and I hope the plastic hose holds up better than the one that came with it. The heat destroys the plastic, need to invent a foil hose instead would last longer like a dryer hose does.

Longer hose made connecting my portable AC to a wall vent easier. Hose that comes with units is too short. Wish they would sell insulated hoses.

When my portable A/C hose started splitting, I was going to buy a replacement unit complete with the plastic fittings on each end. Expensive. This generic exchaust vent hose is just fine -- no hassle to install in the plastic end fittings. Apparently these hoses are pretty much all the same diameter. Anyway, perfect solution, cant tell the difference from the original.
