Product was delivered promptly and the product seems far more durable than the original that came with the AC unit.

The exhaust tube on my air conditioner fell all apart, so I was happy to find this replacement. Just be sure you get the right size and orientation.

Product shipping box was badly damaged and appeared to have been opened and resealed. Product seemed to be undamaged, so installed. Fits interface collars for LG portable a/c nicely.

I bought this hose to replace an older one that had been duct taped to death. Perfect fit. Back in business right before the heat waves hit.

When I ordered my AC, I thought I would need a longer hose, but the one that came with the AC worked perfectly so I return this one. It was very easy to return with no issues. I’m not sure if this hose work well with the AC I purchased because I did have a hard time trying to connect it since the outlet on the air conditioner was oval shape, and this hose was round at the ends

While it feels pretty strong, this thing is thin. The original hose that came with my LG unit had disintegrated and was being held together by duct tape but it felt about 3x as thick as this. This hose replaced it perfectly, was easier to replace than expected, fit with no issues, but man its paper thin. I know these units are designed for portability, and as a landlord I generally use it as a spare conditioner when something blows up and Im waiting for a central AC guy to get out on the hottest day of the year, but man. Un-extended this has about the heat dissipation of the old one extended. This isnt a huge issue as I can back it up to a window and put a towel or insulation over it, but yeah, an already not cost efficient cooling solution becomes less so. That said, its $40 or so less expensive than LGs replacement part, and it works. The amount of time to make up that dollar difference is several months of continual use, so probably not a huge issue for most.

My old pipe that came with my LG model num. LP0814WNR Portable A/C had split and this new one fit it just fine. I had to extend the pipe at the ends just a bit in order to screw on the pieces.

It was easy to install and durability

I purchased this to replace the original venting hose to my portable air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was of even higher quality than the original. It is sturdier and much better made. Highly recommend this company and this item.
