London Hardside Spinner Wheel Luggage, Mint, Carry-On 20-Inch

This is just what my Hubby needed!! It’s so nice! Great wheels!

Bought this set as a great deal. Previously purchased two other carry-ons as Christmas gifts. Largest piece first time using. Picked up by handle- NOT even expanded or at full capacity and one side of the handle broke right off. Tried to work delicately with it the rest of the trip- no go! The rest we removed before our return flight in an attempt to fix when we got home. One of the carry-ons from before completely lost a wheel! This ended up being a checked piece due to lack of space- BUT I would expect the piece to last longer than 2 trips before completely losing a wheel!! Very disappointing. Also disappointed seems to be no customer service to report this to.

This carry on crushed on my 4th trip with it. It’s horrible quality & I’ll avoid this brand in the future. I’d like a replacement so I can continue to travel.

The FIRST time I used the luggage the handle on the large suitcase broke and the logo on the front fell off leaving a hole in the front of the case. Amazon wont replace and the limited warranty from the company says that you have to send it back along with $40 to have it considered for replacement.

Excellent. Very light weight

Took them on a 12 day trip to England and they were great. Packed the middle size inside the large so that I had an extra suitcase for stuff, to bring home. Worked great! Good buy and the color was great to see against all those black bags!!

I haven’t use these yet, but based on first appearances they look great! Super lightweight but do have a sturdy feel to them. Only thing is that the color is slightly different then pictured but not a huge deal breaker. So far I think they will be just what I wanted!

Birthday gift for my granddaughter and she loves them
