London Hardside Spinner Wheel Luggage, Mint, Carry-On 20-Inch

Love it. Sturdy. Lightweight. Easy to move around. Lots of room. Would purchase another one. As far as colors go. I definitely purchased the best color. The other choices, the insides had funky colors that didn’t seem to match outside.

Ive had these for a few years. Im still using them. One corner came off of one of the units. But Overall, I am satisfied.

Thee handle on the small suitcase sticks sometimes but no issues otherwise.

The suitcase is not durable, the zipper for the 28 inch luggage completely broke and one of the zipper for the 24 luggage broke and the clothes came off.

Be Afraid - Be very afraid of this one! My wife bought this exact same set from JC Penney and after one cross country flight, there was multiple damage. ABS plastic body cracked completely through. Damage to wheels. Plastic handle joints cracked almost completely through. The quality of this product is non-existent. Absolute garbage. There was damage on both pieces of luggage that she checked-in. If it cant stand up to just one trip, what good is it? And the manufacturer warranty (Fox Luggage) is a joke. Whos going to pay a $40 handling charge just to include in a letter (along with the purchase receipt and original luggage tag – who keeps luggage tags anyway?) sent to the manufacturer to ask where to send the luggage for warranty evaluation? You cant send in the luggage directly as there is no address as to where to send it. You have to write to them first. Then, in their final judgement, they will determine whether it is carrier damage or their quality issue. Yeah right! Luckily my wife was able to return her damaged set to JC Penney after more than 6 months and still got a full refund. I returned my set purchased from Home Depot quickly before I ever used it. Stay far away from this one!

This awesome bag was perfect for my 5 day trip! Im a light packer but I absolutely loved it. It fit everything I needed!

I’m very please with the interior and exterior of this product but the wheels broke on the third airline trip. To replace the unit the company wanted 40.00

Broke on the first day! Bought it last week. Took it to Portugal. I could understand wheels breaking off, but it broke in the ABS plastic where the wheels are attached. We’re here for a couple months so can’t send it back to Amazon and from what I’m reading the warranty is worthless. Bummed!

Unfortunately suitcase was damaged upon arriving.

It’s a good suitcase but the wheels break to easy and not sure I can replace them
