London Hardside Spinner Wheel Luggage, Mint, Carry-On 20-Inch

I haven’t use these yet, but based on first appearances they look great! Super lightweight but do have a sturdy feel to them. Only thing is that the color is slightly different then pictured but not a huge deal breaker. So far I think they will be just what I wanted!

Horrible horrible horrible chemical/petroleum smell. Have aired/sunned for 3 days and nights, febreezed twice, washed with soap and water, and no relief. The smell is so strong and rubs off even on skin-- would ruin clothes. Do NOT buy.

I bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter for sleepovers. She has to bring everything in her room. Lol. So it has plenty of space and she can handle it with ease

Had the product 8 months. Wife uses it to work out of state or wherever she goes for work. Contacted the company to see about a refund or new suitcase being that the wheel got damaged and the zipper broke. They give you the run around wanting pics of the tag inside, the damage on the suitcase, and proof of purchase. Sent the the pics of the damage and proof of purchase. Still haven’t got anywhere with them. If you’re a traveler and want something reliable this is not the best option

I loved the larger version of this suitcase and was very excited for the carry-on. My first one got a crack by the wheel, causing it to not roll smoothly and of course, it was cracked. I had it replaced, still having hope that it was a one-time issue. The next one got a crack in the same spot within a month. I was unable to return it and was stuck with this sub-par suitcase.

Very 1st trip with the luggage. Not very durable. This is the biggest bag. Looks great and lightweight. Please replace.

The bag seemed just right. However, on the 2nd leg of my trip, it completely ripped open at the airport and I had to duct tape it shut to get to my destination. I then had to pay alot of money to return it. Would not recommend.

The color & the maneuverable

Super cute and light weight! Survived a multiple stop trip to Paris! Im pleased!
