Luggage Expandable(only 28) Suitcase PC+ABS Spinner Built-In TSA lock 20in 24in 28in Carry on

I had now had two of these. The zipper has broken twice now! I returned the last one due to zipper breaking. This last trip going through customs the zipper breaks again. Do not buy this luggage. Save yourself a headache and spend a few more dollars for quality luggage.

Update: the company did offer me a $50 concession for the troubles I faced. So I will give them credit there. However I would have preferred the parts or a dedicated effort to address the issue. I was unable to find a good 3rd party wheel option and opted for a suitcase with a lifetime warranty and better build quality.

I purchased the Coolife Luggage (28 inch) on Oct 4, 2018 and it came the following day! I purchased it for an 8 day trip to Las Vegas, NV. To start off, the luggage is very spacious with a large main compartment that includes a strap to hold everything down. There are also 2 large zipper pockets inside and another large secondary compartment behind those zippers along with 1 small rectangle shaped zipper pocket.

I liked the lock worked well , had room for mask and snorkel equipment .

Update: after posting the original review (note that I contacted the company about the zipper before I posted the original review), I was contacted and offered $30 dollars to remove my review. I counter-offered saying I would change it to 5 stars and post an update saying that they took care of me and was now happy, but they said I had to erase the part where the zipper failed. I dont really think thats ethical so I declined and am now downgrading to 2-stars because these are very shady tactics to cover up flaws in their products and maintain high ratings.

Perfect small suitcase. Perfect airline travel on size.

This was a gift for my son-in-law, who is on the road weekly. He likes it. Its a good looking suitcase, and so far (since his early October birthday) seems to be durable and easily maneuvered. It is surprisingly lightweight, too.
