Grey quality and beautiful! It does scratch easily but it’s worth it! I got about 4 days worth of clothing in here Plus three pairs of shoes and toiletries for s summer getaway. Lots of room! And I love the lock. However, the small handle on the top broke after the third use dealing with rough airport security. I just use the long extending handle now.

I could not get the suitcase to open even when it was in the factory mode.

The bag was perfect for my two night business trips. On the second use though, both of the inside zippers came right off.

Zipper will come apart easily if under any kind of pressure. Do not try to overpack or it will open due to poor quality of zipper!

The design is well made, it is really sturdy with good materials, it moves around like an ice skater! So far so good!
