Luggage Expandable(only 28) Suitcase PC+ABS Spinner Built-In TSA lock 20in 24in 28in Carry on

This is a nice quality suitcase for the price. I am returning it though because it is so much smaller than my other 24” suitcases. The height and width are okay, it’s the depth that is disappointing. Be sure this is the size you want because if you return it, the cost is $10.95.

The suitcase is super lightweight, easy to tote around the airport, and I was able to pack for an extended trip with no space problems. However, the first time I used the suitcase, I noticed that the fabric of the pocket in the divider between the two halves had separated from the zipper track, leaving a four-inch gash at the bottom of the pocket. I contacted the company and let them know of the defect. They were incredibly responsive to my feedback and resolved the issue quickly. Ill definitely be supporting their products in the future too.

I have not actually taken this suitcase on a trip yet, but will soon. Very positive immediate response to it. Very light and good quality. Happy with it.

DO NOT BUY!! Coolifes customer service is terrible. I contacted them after the seam came apart to inquire about the warranty. I was informed that since I had requested a replacement from the original damaged one (arrived with box torn open and the suitcase had a large dent in the side)that the warranty was null and void and I could take it somewhere and have it repaired. I told them why would anyone think that returning a brand new damaged product and requesting a brand new undamaged one would void the warranty on the new one?? I was answered with a thank you for your email and we will make improvements. This was only the second time using the suitcase. Used only TWO times before the seam came apart! Piece of junk, but the customer service is even worse.

Loved the suitcase. I’m wondering if the handle that I pull up is loose. I had a bit of time pulling as I walk through on 4 wheels and on 2 wheels

Packs smart for 3-4 days, light weight bag for occasional travel. A bargain. Ordered used for $70ish, the packaging box had a small crushed taped corner. Bag inside had no damage.
