Love the band but 2 downfalls for me the handles feel like they are really loose and I have a lot of threads starting to unravel on my bag afraid it won’t hold up long term... bummer

This bag looks nice and is roomy and lightweight. however, after the first usage the handle starting having serious problems, at first sticking and making a terrible scraping noise while retracting and opening, and then shortly thereafter stopped working altogether. Very very disappointed.

I only buy Travelpro products. Planning a 2 month trip abroad, need an international carryon. The first one I received, held up poorly with handle wobbling. Also, after one short domestic trip, legs and wheels far more beat than normal. Returned. REplaced with another unit that obviously had been return item. Not delivered in Travelpro box and in fact, delivered in a box 3 times larger than the case with the case flopping around in the large box. I hope to find a suitable bag but disappointed in this purchase.

Very well made and lasted nicely through a long flight to Santiago, then cruise to San Diego, then flight home. Still looks brand new!

UPDATE: I’ve taken this in multiple trips- several times wheeled around NYC, Hawaii, ect.. lots of rough paths & it has held up so well! The wheels do not seem to be phased by all the use they’ve gotten. Never have problems fitting it in overhead even when packed full. Still so happy with my purchase!

The weight is right. (I ended up buying a more expensive Pilot TravelPro and it weighs 12 pounds and Im looking to replace it.) The expandable gusset is right. its carry-on, and soft. But the interior? Hideous hideous hideous. I literally could not travel and look at that every night. I can barely look at it for five minutes. Why not a simple black or other plain color? Please TravelPro, make a version with a simple interior. I am still searching to replace a terrific Samsonite Travel bag, a 2-wheeler (therefore much more space inside than the 4 wheel spinners, with an expandable gusset, soft... if anyone runs across something like this, please reply to my review.

Light weight and has good room to pack things. Shoes are alwasy an issue so I pack in a back pack
