> 24 hourI just took my Surface out of the box... was super excited.... but then saddened to only see the screen. To the seller, dont include pictures of all the extras. I falsely assumed it was all included. I would have bought a bundle, but didnt see it as an option. Its not a deal-breaker as this new purchase is a replacement to the Pro 8 Ive had for the past 7 years. I love my Surface and though I probably should have gone with a cheaper model, I honestly have just loved it so much. Its super lightweight, and I can fit it into a large purse. I have lower back issues, so it has been a real help. As a small business owner, there is nothing I havent been able to do with this laptop. I highly recommend, I just dont like the misleading product listing.

> 24 hourItem shown with keyboard and it does not include it for $595. The keyboard is $150 or $200 more. The sign says accessories not included but below the picture it indicates styles and mouse as accessories but does not list the keyboard as an accessory---Very, very misleading ad and I just purchased the same computer at Best Buy a week ago with keyboard included for $599.

> 24 hourCame in new condition, not retail packaging, but generic packaging, with an insert designating its for commercial and education customers. Its nice not to have to pay to upgrade from Win 10 Home to Win 10 Pro, which is necessary for networking. Feels snappier than my Pro 4, and my external display looks sharper. No buyers remorse here.

> 24 hourI had a decent surface. It had some display issues. I sent it in. It was fixed. Lost it in a freak accident. Chose to get another one because I still had all the accessories (sunk cost fallacy) and I had a goos experience. The first one came with an unlisted defect and had tons of scratches and pits in the screen, despite being like new. Sent back. Second one was clearly an altered-display refurb listed as like new. The device warrantly expired on 10/18/21, a year before I got it. So, a used two-year-old machine with a history of display issues. The new screen wasnt scratched up and I needed it, so I kept it, updated it, and then a week or two in, the screen shuts off randomly and took a moment to come back on, even while pushing the power button. Afterwards the screen had a rippling, drunken effect. No manufacturer warranty and only 30 days to return to Amazon when major display errors are happening a week in? Return it. Icing on the cake: quick, easy factory reset bricked the device. No, no, no. No more Surfaces, no more like new laptops from Amazon, no more touchscreen laptops, no more 2-and-1s. If you read this and choose to get a new, or God forbid, like new surface instead of a traditional laptop and cheap screenless drawing tablet, you deserve the misery.

> 24 hourThe surface pro 7 is a great product. I have been using the apple Macbook for years but had to switch to Microsoft due to the fact that the school that I am working for now does not use Macbook pro all the programs that they have works with Microsoft. The laptop is easy to carry with you is not heavy. Start-up is fast this I like from the surface.

> 24 hourSimply one of the best computers Ive used for graphic design work, office work and school work. This is my second surface and Im loving the upgrade. My last one I had since they first came out. I think it was about 12 years old. I handed it down to my daughter cuz its still great. Im sure the new one is going to last me even longer.
