> 24 hourLove that it’s light weight and easy to carry! It seems to clean my carpets and hardwood well although I no longer have a dog nor do I have children at home anymore so can’t give it the real acid test! Also like that there are onboard tools. And, it’s really cute (that is if you’re in the market for a cute lil vacuum). Dislikes: The cord is way too short! I can really only vacuum one room at a time. I’m guessing it has a short cord because the cord is stored inside and would take up too much room if it was twice the length. I mentioned that I loved that it was light weight but also dislike that it is so light weight it tips over!

> 24 hourSo far I love this vacuum. Had an upright Dyson for years which I disliked and it had gradually lost most of its suction. I missed having the maneuverability of the canister and reaching under furniture and whatnot. I was hesitant about using bags again but they hold quite a lot and I don’t have a constant dog smell in vacuum so definitely a bonus. The suction is incredibly strong and I love the feature of reducing it for carpets because it does indeed suck them up! My only dislike so far is that the floor brush is heavier than the handle part and it makes a strange balance. My arms hurt vacuuming the first couple times! I saw a couple comments in other reviews about the cord length being short but I don’t find this to be problematic at all. Highly recommend this vacuum, loved that it was not $800!

> 24 hourThis is the first Miele product I have purchased. I love this vacuum! It is very quiet compared to my old upright which just screamed when in use. The suction is very strong and easily adjustable. I love how lightweight the main unit is and how easy it is to adjust the telescopic handle. I can get under beds, the couch, and other pieces of furniture without having to add additional hose pieces or lift the furniture up! My husband is very pleased with the unit as well. He is actually able to vacuum the ceiling vent in the bathroom without a struggle. Wonderful product!

> 24 hourGreat vacuum, light, quiet and powerful. However after a year the Turbo Brush Floorhead stopped working. I took it apart and cleaned everything but no luck. Hard to clean a carpet without it.

> 24 hourI love this vacuum. It’s very strong but amazingly lightweight. I use it on my hardwood floors and low pile rugs. Because it is light, it’s easy on my wooden stairs as well. My only suggestion would to make the cord a bit longer.

> 24 hourI’ve had this a few months & it’s everything I was looking for. In the past 49 years I’ve had Kenmore canister vacuums which worked great & lived long lives. BUT I’m so stoked I bought this Miele that I recommended it to 3 other people that are as happy as I am. The only thing is cleaning the beater bar of hair with scissors. I do clean it religiously to keep my machine working at optimal level which is top notch for me! It could suck the rug off the floor if I didn’t adjust the suction. I might be OCD or just laser focused on clean floors. *I have always had a dog so this is a must have!!

> 24 hourWe received this vacuum cleaner last week, and have only used it a few times, but so far we are very pleased. We live in an apartment We need a vac which is light, easy to maneuver, with good but controllable suction. This Miele product fills all three requirements. It is easy to move around, and has little problem transitioning from bare floor to carpet (or visa versa). The force of the suction can be controlled by a bypass valve on the wand which varies suction from hard (valve closed) to moderate (valve full open). This is important to us, because some of our carpets are rather delicate orientals. Two things very specific to this model (C1 Turbo). We chose it because it includes the Turbo head. This head was recommended by several reviews of the Miele canister vacs, and would have cost an additional $100 (!) if we had bought a model which did not include it. Our experience with it so far is positive. If you have rugs as well as bare floor to clean, I strongly suggest looking at this model. Second, several reviewers commented on the short power cord - 20 feet. Well, Miele is a German firm, and most Germans live in apartments or small houses. In our American apartment, a 20 foot cord is plenty. In a house with large rooms, you might need to dedicate an extension cord to your Miele. I guess I should mention one negative. At least one reviewer complained that the vac tends to tip over. Yes; it sits on three wheels, with the hose over the single front wheel. Pulling the vac from the side can pull the unit onto the lower rim of the side. I think this is something that will be easy to control. You mileage may vary.

> 24 hourLight weight! Wheels move great! Suction is unbelievable and I used the couch brush for a hard to remove pet hair recliner I have and it worked very well. Definitely worth the money. Not sure if I like the additional brush holder on the top I’ll see how they stay as I use it.
