03-01-2025Superior machine. Worth the money. Very very strong suction or very quiet soft suction for your delicates. I was told by a cleaning pro that the the separate floor and carpet heads are worth the extra cost and I dont regret going for it.

> 3 dayTo you reading the reviews - it is ESSENTIAL to read each models description to see which vacuum is best for you. I almost bought the least expensive model until I realized it is wrong for my floors. This model (C1 Turbo Team) cleans hardwood, throw rugs, and wall to wall carpet easily. The suction power is amazing! It is so easy to swap out the tools to go from stairs, to hardwood, to throw rugs. The retractable cord is a nice touch. It is lightweight - my 80 yo mother handles it with ease. It is easy to carry up the stairs to do the bedrooms and the top steps. It is worth every penny!

> 3 dayI was always used Kenmore, but found they broke down a lot and the MFG does back up their product. First time with a Miele and this Vacuum is Awesome I am cant believe how the suction works and how quite and light it is. I would give it ********* just for the suction ! overall definitely a great investment.

Greater than one weekIm a simple man and I appreciate quality. This thing is dripping with quality. Not interested in Dyson because I dont like overpaying for something that looks futuristic but actually isnt. I would rather go for a company that is less widely popular, but has made quality products in the industry for many years. Miele fit this bill and I have no regrets spending the money on it. Ive tried cordless vacuums and cheaper vacuums. Cordless vacuums simply dont do a good enough job to justify having one around. Youre basically leaving 40% of debris behind on whatever youre trying to clean. For the sake of not having a cord. Yuck. Thats not my style at all. When I clean, I want the thing clean. Spent $150 on a cordless which I regret. Ive tried cheaper corded vacuums and although the suction power is decent they all lack something which make them feel like a complete cleaning solution. I should have just foregone all those and bought a Miele right off the bat. Heres why it is amazing and a 5/5 overall: - Suction power is amazing. 1200W motor so there you go. It doesnt play around and it doesnt sound obnoxious either. - The bag system is much preferred. Im so over dumping debris in a garbage can and trying to dodge a cloud of dust. Just take the bag and throw it away. I dont mind paying a little more over a lifetime of use and never having to worry about breathing in all the crap the vacuum just sucked up ever again. - Filtration system is genius. The air feels so clean after vacuuming there you would think you are in a different environment after. - The vacuum is simple yet Im able to clean the whole house effectively with it. A simple swap of the tool head and I can reach all corners of the ceiling. Cobwebs, spider webs, dust, all gone. The wheels keep it maneuverable and allow it to swivel easily. It has a button to retract the cord so you dont have to wind it up after like most vacuums in the $200 range. Not the longest cord ever but its fine and feels sturdy. - Once you are done with it, the vacuum slides into place to become one piece, and tucks into your closet, taking up minimal space. How considerate. Great buy and Im very happy because my living space is fresh and clean!

> 3 dayOur air-powered brush stopped turning, YouTubed ST305 diassembly and I found out that theres a flaw that requires you to take it apart and if you dont you can burn out / melt the side bearings with hair getting in there EVEN IF you clean the brush head everytime with a knife. Bad design. Or maybe its normal. Clearly well built, works decently, high priced, bags... you can try to skimp but eh. Iono. Used for 2.5 years and is very powerful. Just downside is it cant really do thick carpet that well, have to pull back only, cant push forward with the brush head since it isnt truly motor powered - only powered by air moving through a ... think water/windmill style front. Expensive but seems good in the ways youd expect it to be performance. Removed 2 star for poor maintenance/design in what I mentioned.

> 3 dayI have a cleaning business and I tried many different vacuum cleaners. Miele never let me down.I’m a domestic organizer by profession and I decided to invest in a quality vacuum for my business. I researched a lot and never paid so much for a vacuum, but I would say it’s totally worth it! Not only will it save time with my work, but I recently moved to a very old house with carpets and I have a 1 year old so vacuuming the floor is extremely necessary. But most vacuum cleaners are heavy and difficult to handle but this little bug made my life a lot easier, this vacuum is so powerful that it lifts everything, whether it’s on the wooden floor or carpet! The floor accessory works for both floors, but I would recommend the air-actuated brush for any carpet and the swivel floor tool for hard floor. The rotating brush moves around things very easily. Incredible power. So light and easy to use. Silent whisper. It stores very well with ways to lock the wand in an upright position. It cleans amazing. I love all the attachments on board. If I could change something, I would make the electric cable longer. To answer the question you are asking yourself, YES! Definitely worth the money.

Greater than one weekI just got this and Im not sure I like it. It works great on hard floors, but on carpet it is very difficult to push. The cleaning power is very good, but you do get a workout when pushing it back and forth. Im 72, I need something easier to push.

> 3 dayI wanted to love this vacuum. It does have a strong motor and good suction that is better than my Dyson. BUT, its super loud when its on full suction, the location of accessories is awkward, and the brush doesnt fully stop rotating for rug fringe or other light settings. Ended up returning, sigh.

> 3 dayMy wife convinced me that one: we could only get a canister vacuum (not upright), and two: it had to be Miele. After using uprights my whole life I now realize they are only really useful for wall-to-wall carpets. If you want to vacuum your hardwood floors and throw rugs, you need a highly maneuverable suction head that can fit all the way under the couch, into hard to reach corners, the tops of window sills, etc. Uprights, while often have detachable hoses, just dont have the reach or the agility that makes vacuuming easy. And this Miele has been a delight - quiet but remarkably strong, the gentle start feature sounds silly but is surprisingly calming. Love it!

> 3 dayNeeded a new vacuum and I was set on getting a canister unit instead of another stick or upright model. I love this thing. I tried out a Kenmore canister for a month before returning it and getting the Miele. The Miele is superior in every way, there are so many little design details that make using this vacuum enjoyable instead of a frustrating chore.
