The price was the best I could find anywhere, well, anywhere that showed up on the Internet searches from 3 different search engines. Installation was very easy. All I had to do was plug the power cable into one of my UPS / Surge suppressors, plug the CAT5 patch cable into it from the Mesh System Router, plug the CAT5 cables in from my devices. I still have 4 ports. Room to grow. The only time I have to touch it is when I reset the network, or, to dust it off on cleaning day. The switch is all metal. When I held it in my hand it felt like a little tank.

Never had any issues with these

I raised the internet speed in my house up to 500 MBS, but all the wired items show no speed increase. Then I figured out that my ethernet switch managed up to 100 MBS only. I change my switch to the NETGEAR 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet and WUALAA, now Im happy.

Netgear switches are fast and reliable. What else do you need to know?

Zero complaints. Took almost 30 seconds to get it out of the packaging and then plug it in and start using it. Excellent value and build quality. No registration, account, subscription, no nothing. Just plug it in and go.

This product definitely fixed my problem by providing me addition access points for all the stuff I have. I took velcro Command strips and mounted it on the back of my desk. Doesnt take space on my desk and I dont see all the wires.

Easy plug n play item does what it says it will

I ordered this switch when I upgraded to the eeos router system. The eeos only has one ethernet port and I have to older systems and a Laser printer that are not Wifi. I was not disappointed. The setup was easy and everything worked as advertised. I am a happy camper.
