installed this in a new home that was prewired for ethernet in all rooms. The switch runs cool inside an OnQ panel and never needs rebooting.

This is not a very fancy switch, but it works as advertised. A very inexpensive upgrade to improve the transfer rates of my lan.

Was a great product while it lasted i loved it and didnt give me many issues sadly it died in a storm last night though and their support is bad in my experience so thats why i am only giving 3 stars.

Metal case is nice, plug it in and it works great. Netgear products have proven to be great value and durable products

Switch worked well for 6 months then 1 port completely died. I am not impressed with the quality and would not buy again.

I bought this one to upgrade the old 100M Netgear un-managed switch for a small office. Pretty much just plug and go. Not sure how long it will last. However, based on the previous Netgear switch that I replaced with this one, I assume it should last pretty long.

Its quiet, affordable, and does the job very well.

Got this switch when I was switching over to HULU for multiple tv streams to multiple rooms in the house. Works absolutely great for this. Would recommend this switch for networking multiple rooms in a home.
