NETGEAR 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch (GS308) - Home Network Hub, Office Ethernet Splitter, Plug-and-Play, Silent Operation, Desktop or Wall Mount

I plugged my router into this network switch, then plugged in 5 different devices (Tivo, TV, PC, Laptop, and Blu-Ray player), and BAM they all had ethernet. Unmanaged switches are AWESOME, and this is an awesome unmanaged switch. Plug and play, lots of fun flashing lights to let you know its working, and the power cord is long enough to allow installation in an out-of-the-way place. Perfect!

Easy to use eight port switch. Been a year or so. Am content as of now, but I did not expect any warranty support from day one. Guess Im lucky.

After a month of usage it is a great switch and super easy to setup. Literally works as soon as you plug it in and easy to configure custom setup/connect to it on the network.

Nice sturdy unit, wall mount or desk top, compact and works fantastic as expected from a Netgear product. I Also purchased a 16 port and I’m happy with that as well.

This requires a paid subscription to use the management features.

Needed more Ethernet connections and this was a great inexpensive solution

Box wasnt sealed, and the seal on the bag around the product was broken.

This is like half the price of Staples with all the reliability of netgear.

This product is excellent. Setup was easy, plug and play. Product as opposed to some earlier switches I have bought, runs very cool even in high traffic. I plug the switch into the my network, plugged a PC, an ATT cell phone booster, another Netgear switch and an Apple Router into the new switch, everything worked perfect. Powering the switch with a UPS. this device is a great addition to my office expanding my wired Ethernet network. Glad I made the purchase.
