Greater than one weekI kinda struggled in deciding whether to go 2000 or 3000, as there is a mixed review of how much the min rpm of the 3000 could do. I hope my review can help someone out there facing the same decision as me and make a wiser choice. So, I ended up with 2 * A14 2000 and 1 * F12 3000, I connected the 2 * A14 to my corsair H115i and they were quieter than the stock fans at low speed, but at high(1600) to full speed(1700-1900), there is a humming noise (not a consistent kinda noise tat the stock fan produce at high speed) it is indeed lower in dB (note that stock fan max at 2400), but the frequency produced is more irritating than stock fans noise to be really honest, this caused some disappointment for first time experience with Noctua, especially after all the hype I heard about them. Now, the F12 3000s, the stated min rpm is 750+/-20%, but using Asus M8HA MB, Fan Expert 3, after auto calibration, its minimum rpm is 1380. Nothing lower than that can keep the fan ON. Currently do not have another pwm controller on hand to test out if the min rpm of 750 could be achieved, but 1380 a little on the noisy side during idle. So people, get what you need, dont follow my footsteps thinking I could pwm the fans and throttle to any values I prefer between 750 - 3000.

> 3 dayResearched a bit and through that I determined these were the best for my goals. Im a gamer. I was trying to find the best balance between thermals and and noise. I was running temps between 48 and 55c. After installing these fans Im running between 30-38c. I run a gtx 1080ti hybrid sc2 with a lg 38gn950b.
