> 3 dayAwesome fan. Is almost noiseless at low RPM, and moves air with the best of them if you feel the need to turn them up. No complaints.

> 3 dayGood lord, how did I manage to go this long with out finding these fans! Ok so this set is a 2000 RPM, 185 CFM, 140mm fan in black with brown rubber shoulders which can be removed. This is so if you want it solid black you can buy a set of rubber screws to mount this fan with for the same silence youd get with the brown rubber shoulders if you dont like the color.

> 3 dayIts a fan, it blows air. These are higher RPM fans so they can get loud. At low speeds, they are quiet. Personally, I will deal with a little noise if it means that my system will stay nice and cool when I am doing video conversion, etc.

> 3 dayBuyer beware: These Noctua fans come with unsitely BROWN anti-vibration pads and SILVER screws (not shown). Oh yeah, you can also see the multi-colored wiring. Dont worry, in addition to the cost of the fan, Noctua offers BLACK replacement pads for $10 more and BLACK silicone mounting screws for $6 more. Check it out for yourself. Now, thats an EXPENSIVE fan! Shop another brand...

> 3 dayPaired with my corsair h110i it made a huge difference in performance and a lot quieter. I should of done this much sooner.

> 3 dayVery loud whisper/buzzing noise from Motor. I bought 4 for my case, I have them wired into a PWM splitter and every single one makes the same identical buzzing sound. You can hear it from about 3 feet away even. I have them set up for 1115 rpm lowest and they go up from there. The noise kicks in at about 1000RPM. I was expecting quality with these 30$ fans, the air flow is excellent, but its this buzzing sound that each fan makes. As A test I put my old corsair PWM fans that came with my h110 and no hissing. Only when these are installed I hear hissing sounds. Get noiseblockers instead

Greater than one weekWhen I was researching fans for my current build, I wanted to go with the most reliable and best fans I could think of. That led me to Noctua. While most YouTubers and reviewers rave about their silent fans, I think these fans here are overlooked. I use the Noctua NF-A14 iPPC-2000 PWM for my push/pull configuration on my front radiator and also as the rear exhaust. At 2k RPM, they can get a little loud, but I really dont mind. They do an amazing job for my cooling needs and offer me low temps at idle on my 3950x. Should I turn the fan speed up for gaming/streaming/multitasking, theyre not quiet but theyre also not obnoxiously loud. The material is high end, the construction of the blades and fans is incredibly well done. If youre working on enterprise hardware, I would also consider these. As I mentioned, for the exhaust fan, I know Im expelling tons of hot air out of my system and its perfect. I am planning on buying two more of these fans currently.
