Noctua NF-A8 ULN, Ultra Quiet Silent Fan, 3-Pin (80mm, Brown)

Very good value

Replaced the noisy humming fan in an inexpensive HTPC case with this fan. Used the adapter to reduce fan speed to 1100.. The anti vibration mounts eliminate any issues with noise being transferred to the case. This may be the best 15.99 I ever spent. That may seem like a lot, but eliminating the noise that came from the other fan made my ears happy. No change in before and after temps as measured by RealTemp. Noctura will be my go to in the future when I need any type of computer fan.

Bought two of these to replace a competitor’s fans I use for cooling of an A/V cabinet. Those fans were, in turn, replacements for some older ones that had burnt out after fifteen years. Anyway . . .

Yes they are expensive, but will give you years of great service, very quiet as well

Bought to replace the stock fan in my Fractal AxeFX II XL, they are notoriously loud. I had to get new screws due to this fan being more than twice as thick, however it fits great and is MUCH quieter and well designed as compared to the stock fan. The included cables are nice as well, would definitely buy again.
