> 24 hourThis fan is used as an exhaust fan on a Asus prebuild that is as loud as a car. This is my first time buying a quality 92mm fan and I am shocked how quiet this fan is. Even at full RPM you can barely hear its noise.

> 24 hourNoctua fans have a distinct reputation within the DIY community... and for good reason! 92mm fans are not always known as being the quietest, but this one is definitely an exception. I decided to replace the 14mm thin fan that comes with the

> 24 hourBought these thinking high quality well or over priced fans must be good. I bought these to power by usb. After finding out they have barely have any flow I use a Silver stone 1500 watt psu to see if it was lack of power making them so lame. No change they barely make any flow. I spent over $30 for these little no flow useless fans. Guess what they are silent . They make no noise and barely push any air. Money wasted. I bought a $4 usb no name brand fan to replace the useless fans and they are same size. The only thing different is they flow so good they could probley could puss these fans of the table with air flow. I cant imagine who would depend on these to cool a cpu. No time to send back so Im beat out of $30 plus. Dont believe the hype. I would rather buy fans a quarter of the price that offer better performance.I use my computers 24/7 Over the years I think one went bad. out of 30.. I really feel bad for the guy that uses this to cool a cpu. Now these useless fans are somewhere in a box forgotten about. They just remind me of being robbed.

> 24 hourIve installed three of these fans now on my desktop PC and I have to say they are incredibly high quality across the board. The packaging, the build quality, the included spare parts, the ease of installation, and the cooling effectiveness are all top notch. I installed one as an exhaust fan on the back of my PC and two on my CPU cooler (one pulling and one pushing air) and theyve all worked incredibly well.

> 24 hourThe noise level advertised is using one of the resistor cables that come with the kit to limit the speed to 1500 RPM. If you install them without the resistor cable they run above 2000 and are very loud. They are what I would say is normal at 1500…They are not 17 dB… I can assure you that. My Iwatch said 62…I’m sure it’s not accurate, but I’m sure it’s not 17. They move a lot of air though.

> 24 hourThis product is very well made and includes all the parts I would need. I used the silicone mounts to install the fan on my desktop computer, and the extension cable to reach the PWM connector on the other end of the motherboard. During the installation, I quickly realized that those silicone anti-vibration pads must be removed in order to use silicone mounts for installation. For some unknown reason I had to restart twice to have the system up and running and recognize the fan in BIOS settings. Now the fan is running smoothly and so quietly in my computer, I dont even notice its running.

> 24 hourIt was easy to install, and it runs so quiet. Its more quiet than my RGB Corsair fans. I decided to upgrade another old fan to a Noctua, and Im confident its going to be great.

> 24 hourMuch quieter than the stock fan in my NAS. If your NAS uses a fan which bothers you, replace it with this one. Even on high it is only half as loud as the stock fan. My NAS is a Netgear ReadyNAS NV+.
