Noctua NF-S12A PWM chromax.Black.swap, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (120mm, Black)

I dont need to say much, amazing fan. Quiet, sexy, and pushes a ton of air. The first time I used it, my mobo had defaulted to 100% fan speed and it was still quiet and I held my hand up to the case and my hand got suctioned to the case it was pulling in so much air. I dont think Ill ever buy from another fan company again.

For this price youd think the cable would be a normal length for routing. Its like 5 inches so I had to run it directly from the case to the motherboard and not route it. The cable is detachable so in theory you could replace it / make your own but you shouldnt have to.

These run completely silent in my bedroom at idle and max speed; they’re really dang good fans. I’d recommend these as a rear exhaust, though in my setup I also have 3 for intake. The quality of everything, from the packaging to the bearings, is unbelievably good for the price. Absolute must have!

Major upgrade from the nzxt case fans that come in the 500i case. Wish they made the s12as in 140mm. Had to get a14s for the top of my case. Wouldve preferred these since their better for case air flow.

These fans make great case fans. I swapped cases to ditch a 3000rpm iPPC fan that I was using, and this feels wayyyy better than night and day. The only issue I have with these fans is the cables. Noctua thought it would be a good idea to use this strange plastic composite coating on their cables, which is terrible for cable management, especially if you have to bend the cord. I got around this by not using the included cable and using my own y-splitter.

Ran two Chromax NF-A14 PWM fans as intake and one Chromax NF-S12A PWM for exhaust. Temperature drops across the entire system and pleasant acoustics achieved!

Quite fan, excellent quality, 6-years warranty, I wish the packaging is lesser quality to make the fan cheaper. The packaging is too good. Wish in the future, RGB lighting is an option.

Quiet to airflow ratio is as good as it gets. Just compare its specs and its easy to see. This is the best fan option available. db to cfm is amazing even compared to other noctua fans.

These are the best fans you can get by far. It’s like buying a German car, They are just built differently and engineered better. Now that they are made in black and not the old brown color, this is a no brainer! They move a lot of air and are super quiet. This is the one to get if you want to pull air out of a Case. If you can fit them, just get the 140mm ones for the front, back and top! They are perfect for static pressure and moving air.
