> 3 dayReplaced an old Corsair 280mm AIO on an old Intel i7 4790k computer that I feared would break from age. Temperature is just as cool, with the added bonus of being quieter.

Greater than one weekSetting the motherboard up for the mounting of this cooler was incredibly simple and easy to do, it is best to do it out of your case, but even if its in the case, having it on its side will make it pretty easy. The fan is very quiet and even at 70% is barely audible compared the 3 Phanteks fans I have that came with my P400A, I plan on eventually swapping those to their new NF-A12x25 Chromax.

> 3 dayBought a pre-built PC and the 140mm CPU fan would ramp up to screaming level every 2-3 minutes to urgently cool down before slowing down (CPU ay 75 degrees Celsius). This was occurring even while browsing internet pages; worst during gaming.

> 3 dayPaid $80 and only half of the bracket kit was included. Wasn’t even one full kit for either AMD or Intel, it was just bits and pieces of both kits. So guess I’ll go buy some brackets.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO that was the cheapest option when I first built my PC. This cooler, which was unavailable in 2017, is way better at cooling my CPU and quieter. It would be great if it was $10 cheaper, but its still good at $69.99

> 3 dayI purchased this to replace the stock cooler that came with my R5 3600x - It was loud and temperatures were a little high for my tastes at default clock speed.

> 3 dayI kept getting high idle and gaming temps with this. For such an expensive and famous cooler, it is designed awfully. The vertical pathways of the fins are folded. which obstructs airflow. The mounting system is simple and works with my AM4 motherboard. I switched toa Hyper 212 Black Edition heat sink and got more manageable temps. I kept the Noctua fan because it is just the quietest fan.
