> 24 hourI bought two of these 2 pack sets, one for my service dogs trauma pack and the other for my EMT jump pack. North American Rescue products are very high quality and have always exceeded my expectations.

> 24 hourThey worked great... just wiped away the blood and applied them directly over the bullet holes in the torso... He didnt make it, but not for a lack of trying! Theyre a bit overkill for entry wounds, but if youre preparing to deal with expanding rifle ammunition, these are excellent for the exit wound. Ill be going to the compact model from now on so they fit better in my iFak, but Im sticking with the Hyfin brand!

> 24 hourWell, it came in the package as shown. Folds in half and fits in my IFAK. I would rate it 5 stars, but I have yet to use it, and HOPE I never do. If I buy another to train with at TCCC course, i will let you know how it performs!!

> 24 hourWE used to teach Sucking Chest Wounds and we were to open the cardboard box to get to the battle dressing, then it was in a foil wrapper that you slit open and placed the sterile side down on the wound. The foil had the ability to be formed, we then placed the dressing over the foil and tied it down as tightly as possible and even added triangular bandages for extra pressure and dressing security. Then they quit using foil and started using plastic. Plastic does not form or seal as well, so our Battalion Surgeon had us carry petroleum gauze and miracle of miracles that was better than foil. 52 years later I found these. I have not and hope I do not have an opportunity to use them, but I have read the instructions and description and I am satisfied that this is at least three leapfrogs of technology nd I am thankful to have them. It is important to note that it is a twin pack. Often the victim will have a entry and a exit wound, that would need both packs, one for each hole.

> 24 houroutstanding, a great concept (front and back in a SET). Latest design. Everyone - everyone - at the range or at home should have a set. Maybe in your car as well - gunshots arent the only thing that can cause damage to your lung cavity!!!!
