> 3 dayExcellent product. Used one two weeks ago for the first time on a stabbing victim with a torso wound. They are EXTREMELY sticky, which caught me a little off guard under stress in getting it peeled off of the packaging. It performed as expected. The nursing staff was also impressed at the ER. I have since ordered a replacement. Much to my surprise, our local EMS rigs don’t carry chest seals like this. Hoping to see that change soon!

> 3 dayI haven’t used one of these yet, thank goodness. I keep them in my personal first responder bag in my truck. If I even have to use them, I’ll certainly come back and leave a better review.

> 3 dayOrdered some of these for personal kit never having used one. Less than a week later I used three at work for a large caliber trauma of chest and back. Easy to apply, adherance to damp/bloody skin was not an issue with the provided gauze. 10/10 would recommend.

> 3 dayThese are not Chinese knockoffs. These are the real deal bandages for a wound to the chest and lungs. Allows the lungs to ventilate so you dont asphyxiate the victim in their own blood. Put them in a couple IFAKs on a belt and tactical vest.

29-03-2025Whether now or in the past, its always a good idea to have these on hand if you work in a field where the chances of shootings, stabbings or explosives are higher.
