> 24 hourThis is the second OPK Life product we have purchased. For the price; along with two canines the K3 keeps the hardwood floor clear of dust and pet hair.

> 24 hourNew Review: I accidentally unpaired the robot from the OKP app. Now its not re-pairing and keeps getting stuck at 85% before it asks me to try again. It gets lost pretty often in my large house and someone always has to go find it. Overall, 3 stars for the initial wow and the one-year meh feelings. Original Review: Let me preface this review by saying, I’m a pretty tech-savvy/intuitive person who doesn’t like to read manuals. With that said, I couldn’t figure out how to get the app to work the first night I used it, so I used the remote control the vacuum came with. Day 2, I sat down and skimmed the manual. Many tries later, the devices finally connected. I have a large house with some stair drops and uneven tiled flooring. The vacuum definitely cleans better on floor than on carpet, despite the product claiming to be better for carpet. My normal vacuum cannot get all the way under the bed, and this one can, but I don’t see too much of a difference between before and after “KC” the K3 made their way through. As for the stair drops, it detects large drops, but not small ones (5+ in vs 2-3 in) and frequently falls down the small stairs before beeping for help. Overall, I give it 3.5 stars. It does the job well enough but there’s definitely room for improvement. Speaking of which, it always vacuums over the same spots over and over…

> 24 hourThis vacuum… It’s like the annoying 3rd child I thought I wanted and instantly regretted. I’m confused why this has so many 5 star reviews. The vacuum is constantly getting stuck. I have it set to auto run while I’m at work and I get a notification within 3-8 mins every day that it’s stuck. When I get home I have to hunt it down. You have to pick up every single item off your floor which doesnt save me any cleaning time. The pictures show it going around toys, ball, etc but it doesn’t do that. If it’s small enough it’ll run items over and usually get the item sucked up or stuck in its brushes. If the item is too big to run over it’ll just keep pushing it around. The sensor should recognize there’s something there and turn. It even wrapped an ENTIRE roll of toilet paper around its brush before beeping to alert it was stuck. Every day I block off under my media stand but it pushes past the barricade and gets stuck anyways! So while it’s running I have to save it (pull it out of where it’s stuck, pull something out of it) at least 5 times an hour. It’s also pretty loud. Can’t run it while anyone is napping/sleeping. I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll probably return it for a better more expensive vacuum that’s not a moron.

> 24 hourWhile the first machine had charging issues, the OKP customer support reached out following my report of the issue and sent me out a replacement right away! The machine is as high quality as the namebrand version. If the replacement doesnt have the same charging issue, Ill come back and give this great vacuum 5th star.

> 24 hourI use this in my office alone and it works great there. I need to remember to get all cables or of the way because if there is a cable within reach, this little guy will get caught up in it. I love the schedule option. I run it daily for about 25 minutes and have it park itself. The app interface is a little challenging to get used to. Im amazed at all of the debris it finds though. For this being our first and only robot, Im impressed.

> 24 hourWe only paid $119, as I remember, for it, since Rhumbas start at more than twice the price and can go way over that, sometimes $800 or more. My wife loves it. It cleans better than our much older Rhumba, is quieter, and can be controlled remotely from the app on your phone. When needing a charge, it docks very easily.

> 24 hourDecent for the price compared to more expensive brands. A friend has the $600 and her is very quiet. I wasn’t willing to pay that and found this on sale. It seems to like to get stuck under my bed (we have hard wood floors). It does pick up a LOT of pet hair!
