The vacuum suction power is decent. The setup was fairly easy. Overall happy with the purchase.

Definitely worth what I paid for it. It does everything it’s designed to do. It’s not a loud vacuum but it’s not quiet either. Manually having to switch from the rotator things for the vacuum to the spongy thing for the mop setting is kind of tedious. Additionally, if you have a rug, you’ll have to move it while the mop setting is going because it won’t go around it, it just gets stuck instead. Also, the battery life isn’t very long before it needs to dock and charge. It has a few minor inconveniences but overall a great purchase

I bought this to save me time to study more and it does the job. Some times it cant find the charging station but most the time it does fine.

A robo vac needs to be automatic with very little monitoring. This is not. I tried to use this in 3 large rooms, it simply cant finish the cleaning. It often has difficulty finding the base as the battery gets low. The algorithm for cleaning seems to favor going to the outside walls. I was probably asking too much of this product. I was trying to use it for 3 large rooms. It just simply cant handle that square footage before running out of battery (and its a brand new battery). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subsequent to submitting this review the merchant has contacted me 4 times. They are offering to pay me to remove my review (in broken English). I am tired of merchants selling mediocre to poor products and begging people (and paying them) to remove the reviews. So yes, you cannot trust this merchant. They are The claim is up to 100 minute - with the key words being up to. Im getting about 1/2 that and it quickly discharges to about 14% and then goes aimlessly searching for the base. The APP is rated 2.5 stars in the playstore - I give it about 1. I have several smart devices and its uneccesarily confusing and complicated. To use it with Alexa, I needed to search for the App in Smart Life which disconnects it from being displayed in the native app. You can still access it in the native app but only through Smart Life. The vacuum actually cleans well, it just didnt clean everywhere. It doesnt do it automatically. I have an older first generation iRobot that I use in our bedroom.

This vacuum can be scheduled from their application for as many times a day as desired, you just have to keep in mind the time it takes to recharge in between scheduled use (around 2 to 3 hours). This vacuum does better in a clean home with not much on the floor, it will knock over plants, so I would recommend putting smaller plants on tables or elevating them. If you have a leggy plant it will suck it down and tear it apart with no issue. It also tends to get stuck in my rugs and cords, in particular my long phone charging cord, which would be fine except the vacuum then drags it around the house until i hear it and take the cord away from the vacuum. I wouldnt recommend for use while not there to monitor; it is like a child or a misbehaved pet. BUT i absolutely love this vacuum, it collects so much, every time i empty it i am amazed on how much it has sucked up. Gone are the days i spend time vacuuming. It is very low to the ground compared to other vacuums which allows it to go under my couch and bed to clean. It also has no problem climbing up or going down a few inches to get to other areas of my home. WOULD RECOMMEND, for monitored use!

love this vac, got a second one, great for the price. sometimes if the remote is exactly behind it, it will not pick up (problematic if user has mobility restrictions or vac has gone partially behind sthing). i wash the hepa filters even tho it says not to, havent had issues, i just make sure they are rinsed well and completely dry after. rubber popped out of a wheel and several attempts with various tools hasnt gotten the last bit back in, any help? thx.

I have used this product for about a month and it does what you would expect and nothing more. For $94 you cannot go wrong. It goes back and forth in neat rows and gets most of the dirt and debris. The one thing that is annoying is the little brush things will sometimes fall off or get tangled up in things. It always finds its way back home but takes a while sometimes. You can schedule it to run at certain times and overnight is best as it is not very loud. Is it worth $400? absolutely not. But is it worth $94? it sure is.

I bought this vaccum on sale because I wanted something to maintain my unfinished basement floor. The basement mostly has a fine grit everywhere due to a combination of deteriorating masonry, workshop, and general dust. This was hard on my fancier robo vacuum, and I wanted that one back for the living space anyway. With the dual brushes and the brushless suction, this vacuum is well-prepared for the job. It is also much smaller than any other Ive owned. The remote control is reasonably convenient, though I wish instead that it had functional app control. That is about the end of what I can complement. The vacuum is barely able to navigate my (largely unfurnished) basement. It bumbles around in random directions. Statistically it cleans up a reasonable amount of floor, but it also leaves quite a lot of floor untouched. It is not able to navigate back to the base (which would only require as much intelligence as following the wall until it bumps into the charger). Within the first couple of runs, the entire top of the vacuum was dusty. When I pushed the power button, some grit slid into the mechanism and jammed it, so the power button is now stuck 90% down. If I use the remote, this is not a problem, but typically I forget and click the power button on the device. The button then becomes 100% stuck down and I have to bang on it until it creaks back upwards, otherwise the vacuum beeps every few minutes like some device an obnoxious child would hide to annoy you. The beep codes do not match any beep code in the manual, so I have no idea what it is actually complaining about. Compared to other devices at this price point, it isnt able to show a map on the app so that you can easily find it when it gets stuck. That was a miss on my part, because its something I really wanted. Overall, you get what you pay for. This vacuum does do some cleaning. Beyond that, I wish I had paid a bit more to get a bit more.

This robot vacuum cleans great, but it has a hard time returning to the charging base when it is done vacuuming. Three out of four times it cannot find it way back to the base. I will find it somewhere in the house out of batteries. Also, it will start up automatically at random times. Like the middle of the night. I am trying to get in touch with the manufacturer now to try to resolve these two issues. Other than those two issues, it works great. Under my bed and dresser have never been so clean.
