> 3 dayWhat a great little guy, especially for the price! Not so great on carpet (fine for us) but otherwise perfect.

> 3 dayDefinitely worth what I paid for it. It does everything it’s designed to do. It’s not a loud vacuum but it’s not quiet either. Manually having to switch from the rotator things for the vacuum to the spongy thing for the mop setting is kind of tedious. Additionally, if you have a rug, you’ll have to move it while the mop setting is going because it won’t go around it, it just gets stuck instead. Also, the battery life isn’t very long before it needs to dock and charge. It has a few minor inconveniences but overall a great purchase

> 3 dayLove how quiet it can be and how much can it vacuum. We love how it cleans and the settings to either let it do its thing or control remote clean wherever it needs more.

Greater than one weekLove that it detects drops. Mine handily cleans over a slight drop (half a step) without tumbling over. Solid little cleaner. But like others, this is a 1st generation mopper and its fine but not amazing. It will do very lightly dirtied floors but if it hits a fresh or larger stain it will smear it more than not and youll have to manually mop anyway. But that does not affect my rating because a) the floor mop tech is in its infancy. b) the price here is really good and c) it does a great job on my kitchen floor. Really picks up dog hair and other tiny things that i cant even see. Im always amazed when i open the container and find it full. Very impressive.

> 3 dayThis was a Christmas gift for my mother. She has hard floors and 3 dogs (so a lot of hair and dirt). She tells me she loves it and it has made clean up easier and less frequent. She hasnt complained about the noise level, but I havent asked so I only gave it 4 stars. Also the 4 star for the remote control is because she said that it does not return to the base. However that may be user error.

> 3 dayWorks great. I run it daily. It stays on top of the dog hair and dust. It isnt advanced so it will get lost or stuck from time to time but for the price its livable. Im impressed with how full the dust bin is everyday, it gets alot off the floor. We didnt run it for a week and you can definitely see the difference it makes. We have lvp and area rugs that we use it on. We tried it on a room of wall to wall carpet and it was okay but the side sweeping brushes are better on hard surfaces, this only has side brushes no beater brush underneath. Its worthy of five stars based on its price point but I gave it four because you have to buy replacement brushes and filters from wall mart under a different brand name. I cant find a single replacement part on Amazon. The brushes get distorted if they get tangled badly. So far Ive soaked them in water I bring to a boil then remove from the burner, this has so far reshaped them so Im still on the first set.

> 3 dayI bought this vaccum on sale because I wanted something to maintain my unfinished basement floor. The basement mostly has a fine grit everywhere due to a combination of deteriorating masonry, workshop, and general dust. This was hard on my fancier robo vacuum, and I wanted that one back for the living space anyway. With the dual brushes and the brushless suction, this vacuum is well-prepared for the job. It is also much smaller than any other Ive owned. The remote control is reasonably convenient, though I wish instead that it had functional app control. That is about the end of what I can complement. The vacuum is barely able to navigate my (largely unfurnished) basement. It bumbles around in random directions. Statistically it cleans up a reasonable amount of floor, but it also leaves quite a lot of floor untouched. It is not able to navigate back to the base (which would only require as much intelligence as following the wall until it bumps into the charger). Within the first couple of runs, the entire top of the vacuum was dusty. When I pushed the power button, some grit slid into the mechanism and jammed it, so the power button is now stuck 90% down. If I use the remote, this is not a problem, but typically I forget and click the power button on the device. The button then becomes 100% stuck down and I have to bang on it until it creaks back upwards, otherwise the vacuum beeps every few minutes like some device an obnoxious child would hide to annoy you. The beep codes do not match any beep code in the manual, so I have no idea what it is actually complaining about. Compared to other devices at this price point, it isnt able to show a map on the app so that you can easily find it when it gets stuck. That was a miss on my part, because its something I really wanted. Overall, you get what you pay for. This vacuum does do some cleaning. Beyond that, I wish I had paid a bit more to get a bit more.

> 3 dayNew Review: I accidentally unpaired the robot from the OKP app. Now its not re-pairing and keeps getting stuck at 85% before it asks me to try again. It gets lost pretty often in my large house and someone always has to go find it. Overall, 3 stars for the initial wow and the one-year meh feelings. Original Review: Let me preface this review by saying, I’m a pretty tech-savvy/intuitive person who doesn’t like to read manuals. With that said, I couldn’t figure out how to get the app to work the first night I used it, so I used the remote control the vacuum came with. Day 2, I sat down and skimmed the manual. Many tries later, the devices finally connected. I have a large house with some stair drops and uneven tiled flooring. The vacuum definitely cleans better on floor than on carpet, despite the product claiming to be better for carpet. My normal vacuum cannot get all the way under the bed, and this one can, but I don’t see too much of a difference between before and after “KC” the K3 made their way through. As for the stair drops, it detects large drops, but not small ones (5+ in vs 2-3 in) and frequently falls down the small stairs before beeping for help. Overall, I give it 3.5 stars. It does the job well enough but there’s definitely room for improvement. Speaking of which, it always vacuums over the same spots over and over…

> 3 dayThis has far exceeded my expectations—best household purchase I’ve made in a long time. I hesitated before buying because of the price—much cheaper than other brands, but I’ve been told by friends how great it cleans when compared with theirs. I really love my little helpy!!
