> 24 hourSet up tool a little while, some user error, some confusion. Works good to pick up pet hair (our main use for this vacuum). Likes to get stuck in corners, but otherwise works very methodically and does a good job. Only change I would make is so our cat can not turn it on.

> 24 hourit does a good job of daily cleaning however isn’t as smart as it’s led on to be. the product claims to be able to map out your house after a few cleanings and after that be able to find its way back to the charging station on its own- which is just so loud and wrong. when this thing hits 15% prepare to be annoyed. i got this around the new year and i’m well into february, using it daily and this girl has never not needed help getting back to the charging station. ima stick beside her since i’m outside the return time but if you’re super busy and don’t have time to constantly assist the vacuum definitely go with something else, probably name brand. i don’t mind it bc i plan on moving into a two story home and will be buying the one i actually will love soon and this one can go on the floor of the house that i care least about. as i’m typing this the vacuum is trying to find its way to the charging station, going into my bedroom which is on the opposite side of the living room- where the charging station is …

> 24 hourIve had this vacuum for 16 months now, so its time for a review. TL;DR- it worked perfectly for the first year and it still works now I bought this in May 2021 when it was on sale for $100, but I had a gift card so I only spent $50 cash which was the perfect price point for something I wasnt sure I would use Im writing this now because in the last month (~15 months after purchase) my robot vacuum has started dying in random spots around the house. It used to die only if it got stuck somewhere tight and couldnt get out, but now I find it dead in the middle of the room. About 1 in 3 times it no longer makes it back to the base after cleaning It is still fantastic at cleaning up pet hair and getting into corners I would forget to sweep. If I run it every other day it still gets everything. But if I run it once a week or less I need to run it twice to get all the pet fur and litter up. I only use it downstairs, which is about 800sq ft and about the maximum space it can clean on a single charge It is useless on carpets that have been walked on. It will only suction things off the top and doesnt fluff up the carpet to get pet fur off. However, this seems to be because it doesnt have a rollerbrush like a regular vacuum so Ive also never had an issue with hair getting tangled and causing it to stop working, so Im happy to use it only on tile. Hair still gets tangled in the sidebrushes, but it doesnt impair function and thats easy to clean out All in all, it worked perfectly for the first year. It still cleans my house and I dont mind that it no longer reliably returns to base because putting the vacuum away is still WAY better than vacuuming myself

> 24 hourThis worked great until it drove itself off the top of a staircase. I contacted the vendor, and they are standing by their product and sending me a new one, which is great. Would have been 5 stars, but only gets 4 since Ill have to block the stairs when using it moving forward.

> 24 hourExceeded my expectations. Were renovating our house and are always moving things around, and unfortunately we let it sit for a few months and now it wont charge or work? My app says it has 31% battery but every time I try to run it, the robot just beeps and my app tells me to make sure wheels are on the floor. If anyone else has experienced this, could you please help me out?

> 24 hourUpdated Update: After 6 months the robot is completely dead. It doesnt turn on and it doesnt charge. The charging base has power and all the sensors are clean, but when the robot is on the base it does not charge. Fortunately OKP has a 1 year warranty and Amazon told me to contact them for a repair or replacement. Great, right? Apparently not, because OKP decided to not respond to my help request at all. Amazon followed up with me to see if they had fixed the issue and I told them they hadnt. So Amazon has offered me a partial refund. So I send the broken robot back to Amazon, they give me a partial refund, and I am left with nothing and am out $40. OKP doesnt back their warranty, and you cant get a full refund or replacement from Amazon after 90 days. There are many other reputable robot companies, but this is not one of them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: After using this for a few months now, I kind of hate this little robot. Ill be honest, the company advertises that if you leave a 5 star review theyll send you a free gift (which is actually illegal to do according to the FTC, and against Amazon policy). But I did leave a 5 star review and sent it to OKP, but never received a gift from them. I suspect most of the 5 stars are because of this bribe theyre offering. Take them with a grain of salt, as I now know I should have done. Compared to my other robot vacuums, this one is the least effective. Its smaller, much lighter (the plastic housing feels thinner/cheaper), but also less powerful. It drives slower than my other robots and only lasts about 30 minutes, whereas my other robots will run for a couple of hours. It has different power settings and I keep it on the lowest power setting. If its on high then it wont last 30 minutes. I find this robot is best suited to cleaning one small room, but it definitely cant handle an entire floor or even one large room. Im using this one now in my small bedroom (10x11) and thats about all it can handle on one charge. I originally loved that it didnt have a brush roll, and thats why I bought it. Then I realized that I could just take out the brush rolls on my other robots and Id end up with a more powerful version of this little guy that just works better. The biggest problem is that if it stays on the charging dock for too long, then it stops charging but the battery slowly drains. I was trying to use it once a week, and every time I tried to start it, it was completely dead (while still on the charger). To get it to work I have to take it off the charger, place it back on to get it to start charging again and then wait a couple of hours to start running it. If I dont run the robot the same day it goes on the charger, it doesnt retain enough battery to run. Its not really a hands off system since I have to plan out when Im going to reset the charging and then time it out to come back to start the robot before it starts draining power again. Its incredibly frustrating. Do yourself a favor and buy a more expensive model that will just work whenever you need it to. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original review: Just got this robot and so far Im pleased with it. Ive had 3 other vacuum robots by other brands. This robot is smallest but the dirt chamber is the biggest My favorite part is that there is no brush roll. On one hand theres no brush to scrape dust off the floor. I dont have any carpets so thats not a main concern for me. But I have pets and long hair and I spend every day pulling hair out of my other robots. I love not having to deal with that with the OKP.

> 24 hourI bought this when it was discounted to around $100, thinking Id give the world of robotic vacuums a try. On the pro-side, its a tough little machine that goes everywhere and sometimes places I cant reach. And the results are very easily seen. On the con-side, I never did get the wifi to work and how it turns on is sometimes a little odd. Ive seen other reviews where they couldnt get it to turn on and I have that occasionally as well. I turn all switches off and reboot it and it seems to work. Its been worth $100. Would I invest $400? Probably not.

> 24 hourDecent vacuum but it does have some caveats. For the price, I didnt expect it to do too much. I saw a lot of reviews that complained about it not picking up stuff on carpet. This model is meant for hardwood flooring only and maybe an extremely flat rug but other than that its pretty basic. It has a suction port. No brush so it wont pick up anything from carpet. Its fine for my use as I only have carpet one room. It took around 30 minutes to set up because it couldnt connect to my wi-fi for whatever reason. I ended up having to completely reset it to get it to find my wi-fi. It worked fine after that. For my 790 sq ft home, the cleaning cycle took about 40 minutes. The areas it cleaned in those 40 minutes were the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway and bathroom. It doesnt seem to go in any particular order. It kind of bounces around in a area until it feels like its cleaned the whole area then it moves to the next area. It picks up well but you have to make sure you have all cords, shoes, etc put away because the vacuum will suck those right up. It did get stuck a few times and it mostly was able to get itself out from the area it was stuck in. I had to rescue it twice so far. Once from underneath the couch and once under the lamp as it happened to jump up onto a pile of cords. It actually beeps a few times to tell you it needs to be rescued. Thats a pretty decent feature. One feature I do have an issue with is once its done with the cleaning cycle, it has a hard time finding its charging base. The instructions state that if you move the base during the cleaning cycle or start the robot from an area other than the charging station, the robot will have a hard time finding the base. I dont find this to be true because my robot has started every cleaning cycle from the base and when the cleaning cycle ends, the vacuum goes everywhere but to its based. Sometimes it takes it a while to get docked if it finishes in another room or sometimes even near by. It roams around lost for 10 minutes before docking itself or me self docking it. Im not sure what the trick is to get it to dock in its place every time. Other than that, for the price, its decent. Its a decent vacuum to have for in between cleaning. Most certainly its not a replacement for a full size vacuum.

> 24 hourThis little guy does a great job. He’s very quiet and actually found his home base. Replaced another expensive robo-vac that kept having issues.
