Update : the seller has been in contact and made this right, and refunded. Wish it still worked because it did a good job when it did work. So I got this almost year ago, loved it at the start, even got a 2nd one! And now they dont work. Wont charge anymore.. The first one died about 5mo in, and the last one last month.

This product is perfect for the money and deserves five stars for the money. The map is developed by the VAC as it vacuums. You have no control, you cant set spots no to vacuam, Etc. What you can do is choose whether it vacuums at those random angles like hes ideal for rugs, in a spiral, in lines as ideal for floors, or along walls. This you do using the remote. The map of where it vacuumed will show up on your app. If you never install the app it wont be a big deal. The app is convenient for telling it to go home and stop vacuuming, and to see where it has vacuumed. I had a whisker of trouble setting up the Wi-Fi but honestly it was because I didnt read the directions the first time right. I had turned it on and charge it overnight and then when I press the button the light was blinking so thats when I tried to sync it. Had to go back turn the power off turn it back on press the button now the light blink more rapidly and it linked just fine. I have not tried this on carpet. We have dogs and we have to vacuum carpet constantly. I only use it for the hard surfaces in the house. Now I feel like I ought to go try it on carpet just to let people know but I probably wont dot-dot.

My floors have never been so clean. Easily added to my Google Smart home. Cleans bird seed and dust great. Good suction power. Wanted because no camera or Lidar or camera for privacy concerns. Uses two apps on cellphone which I dont enjoy but again, the vacuum is great. Easily moved between hard floors to rugs.

TL;DR would recommend *on sale,* but dont expect perfection. Okay so lemme preface this that I am physically disabled, autistic, and have two thick haired cats. Before I got this machine I didnt even want to get out of bed when I had the energy or needed to, because the floor was dirty and it caused major sensory issues. The floor was dirty because I rarely had the energy to clean the house. This machine is not perfect by a long shot, but it has allowed me the ability to more comfortably move around my house when I have the energy. Pros: ~Cleans. It doesnt clean perfect, but my floors are a lot cleaner. They look and feel cleaner. ~Not loud. I cant vaccum, only sweep or mop due to sensory issues, but this doesnt bother me. I can be paying attention or have it as background noise and its fine. ~Actually collects pet hair. Like you cant even say that for some full size vaccums. ~Collects human hair. I have long hair, it collects it, and the stuff that does get tangled around the bristles is super easy to untangle. Cons: ~You still have to clean up after it. Like I dont have sensory issues walking barefoot now, but the floor still needs to be mopped, and there is dirt in the corners. Somewhat expected, but I was expecting a tad bit more? ~Gets trapped places. Got into my bathroom but messed up my floor towel doing so, and couldnt get themselves out. Also gets stuck in corners? ~Small container. I mean, again, expected, but its still a bit frustrating to have it run a cycle, fill up half way through, and keep running until the battery is out. ~Remote turns it on, but cant get it home. ~Actually only you can get it home. If it runs into furniture it gets lost going home and cant make it. You need to pick it up and point it with a direct path home. Thats probably the biggest issue. I do really like this. It was around 100 dollars. I wouldnt pay more than that, based on the fact I have to guide it home, but Im still happy my house is a significant bit cleaner.

This little guy does a great job. He’s very quiet and actually found his home base. Replaced another expensive robo-vac that kept having issues.

This is a good little vacuum. It does a great job on hardwood or tile floor. It doesn’t have enough suction or big enough brushes for carpets. If you want a good rug vacuum this is not strong enough.

This product works great even with many obstacles. I run it every 2-3 days so that the dirt/pet hair doesnt accumulate.

Compared to all the similar products in the market , this is value for money ! . Only issue I see is when cleaning the second floor walkway in my house close to the stairs . When it hits the wall it reverses and then tips over the edge of the stairs . From there it is not able to recover and has fallen Dow the stairs . This is probably a software bug which the company needs to address
