> 3 dayThe WiFi connection was a little difficult. But I have a wifi extender that I was able to set up for 2G only. For those who have difficulty connecting to wifi get an extender and I’ll work. I am pleased with this product so far.

> 3 dayI was so excited to get the OKP robot vacuum cleaner. Once unboxed I connected it to my phone. Since our internet is 5G I had to purchase a wifi booster to accept 2.4G. Once connected to that, set up was easy and everyone will have a learning curve when it comes to the remote. I love it and we named her Hazel

> 3 dayThis product is perfect for the money and deserves five stars for the money. The map is developed by the VAC as it vacuums. You have no control, you cant set spots no to vacuam, Etc. What you can do is choose whether it vacuums at those random angles like hes ideal for rugs, in a spiral, in lines as ideal for floors, or along walls. This you do using the remote. The map of where it vacuumed will show up on your app. If you never install the app it wont be a big deal. The app is convenient for telling it to go home and stop vacuuming, and to see where it has vacuumed. I had a whisker of trouble setting up the Wi-Fi but honestly it was because I didnt read the directions the first time right. I had turned it on and charge it overnight and then when I press the button the light was blinking so thats when I tried to sync it. Had to go back turn the power off turn it back on press the button now the light blink more rapidly and it linked just fine. I have not tried this on carpet. We have dogs and we have to vacuum carpet constantly. I only use it for the hard surfaces in the house. Now I feel like I ought to go try it on carpet just to let people know but I probably wont dot-dot.

15-04-2025So I ordered this for my step daughter. Couldn’t beat the price. Then decided to order me one too. Hers came and was defective. The battery wouldn’t hold a charge and would work after being taken off the docking station. Called Amazon tech support as an option given just to make sure it was not operator error. It wasnt. So they tell me they can not send me a replacement but they can give me credit. I tell them “ok” cause I will just order another one. Mine came in and it works! Good to go! My problem here is now they jumped the price up $40 and now I’m screwed out of a deal. Pretty messed up. If they had just done the exchange I would not be having to pay extra. So my rating for this is 4 stars because of that. I’m gonna call and complain to Amazon as that was on them. Not the sellers fault. I went ahead and gave mine to my step daughter. But I’m still not happy I couldn’t get an exchange for the deal it was at!

Greater than one weekI don’t typically review products but feel compelled to share my experience with this product. I have wood floors all through my house and with pets theres always hair and things I have to sweep daily so I was looking for something to help with the mess. I didn’t want one of those expensive ones until I knew how it would work, so I ordered this one. I unboxed it and clicked the power button on the remote and off it went. I dont use the app and it took about a week to learn my house and find its way back to its station on its own. Its not able to climb up onto our big area rug in the living area, but thats fine Im not too lazy to manually vacuum it. This product is definitely worth it and works well. Its not a big vacuum so I dont expect it to perform like one.

> 3 dayit does a good job of daily cleaning however isn’t as smart as it’s led on to be. the product claims to be able to map out your house after a few cleanings and after that be able to find its way back to the charging station on its own- which is just so loud and wrong. when this thing hits 15% prepare to be annoyed. i got this around the new year and i’m well into february, using it daily and this girl has never not needed help getting back to the charging station. ima stick beside her since i’m outside the return time but if you’re super busy and don’t have time to constantly assist the vacuum definitely go with something else, probably name brand. i don’t mind it bc i plan on moving into a two story home and will be buying the one i actually will love soon and this one can go on the floor of the house that i care least about. as i’m typing this the vacuum is trying to find its way to the charging station, going into my bedroom which is on the opposite side of the living room- where the charging station is …

> 3 dayI bought this when it was super cheap on prime day and I’m so happy I did (I would not pay full price for it though). It is smaller than most other robot vacuums I’ve seen but it’s okay because it fits perfectly in our smaller apartment. We have both carpet and hard floors and this does a pretty good job at moving from one to the other. I run it every few days all over the house just to keep the dog fur and human hair grossness to a minimum, but it doesn’t replace having to do a thorough big vacuum every 1.5/2 weeks. However, I used to be vacuuming 1-2 times a week before, so this absolutely helps on time management. I tried the app once and got frustrated so I only use the remote it came with but I have no complaints about that. If you find this on a really good sale, get it!
