Overall a good product, but the direction/how to use the features in the app are lacking.

Ordered this K2 robot over Black Friday and it was a great purchase! We have all hardwood floors and three cats. Watching this robot work is fun and it does a good job. It doesn’t like candy wrappers or cords, but even then most of the time it is able to extricate itself. The filter really compacts all the things it picks up and, at our house, that means a lot of cat hair. I forgot to empty it after one cleaning and ran it again and it ran almost the full 100 minutes before I had to clean it out because it was too full. Very easy to use, fascinating to see it go around the house with no map, and then dock itself when it’s finished. It easily goes underneath our coffee table and the sensor brushes keep it from harming anything it touches. It also is able to sense stairs and has never had issues with our basement stairs. Highly recommend!

It doesn’t have as much suction power as my Robot but this one is just for my master bedroom, which doesn’t get as dirty as the rest of the house. At the price I paid I’m very happy with it. I can’t get the app to work though.

This is a good little vacuum. It does a great job on hardwood or tile floor. It doesn’t have enough suction or big enough brushes for carpets. If you want a good rug vacuum this is not strong enough.

This is my 2nd robotic vacuum. The first one I got on sale at Lowes. Compared to the Bob Sweep, the OKP Life K2 is hands down a winner. All the issues my Bob Sweep encountered were not issues for the OKP. BobSweep 1. Black rubber mat under treadmill - Bob would get stuck and confused every time no matter where it approached the mat 2. Smaller drive wheels which led to Bob getting stuck often 3. Felt like an early gen programming. Bob could not figure out how to unstick himself if he got into a jam. I watched it for over 5 minutes going back and forth over the same moves before shutting down and giving up. OKP 1. Nice, large drive wheels to help it go up and over small height differences 2. Nicely programmed code and it has only gotten stuck once 3. Wish I had gotten a model which can self empty, but still impressed with how OKP has been cleaning 4. Has a Find robot option in the phone software. If the vacuum does mange to get stuck, you can easily find it rather than searching under all furniture 5. Annoying - the Life K2 does not store a map. So watching it try and go home is frustrating. Esp when it has to go back and forth covering the full walls of a hallway instead of just homing in on the base and going there. However, it does make it home which is more than could be said for the Bob Sweep. This is a good purchase and I have been happy. Does it replace a full size manual vacuum? Not quite. But keeping up after a full house sweep is definitely in its wheelhouse and makes the times you pull out the larger model go quicker.

The vac is doing a pretty good job picking up dirt and maneuvering around our house. I am scoring it as high as I am because we have a complicated layout with several rugs on top of laminate flooring and a lot of furniture. It has only gotten stuck one time under the corner of our refrigerator. I am really impressed with that. What is it not good at? We cannot get it connected to our wifi... We have a fast band and a slow band and it wont connect to either one. That is frustrating, and one of the main reasons that we purchased this vac was to train it and control it with our phones. Maybe there will be a software upgrade or some better explanation but right now we cannot connect it to wifi and are not giving it 5 stars for that reason.

Set up tool a little while, some user error, some confusion. Works good to pick up pet hair (our main use for this vacuum). Likes to get stuck in corners, but otherwise works very methodically and does a good job. Only change I would make is so our cat can not turn it on.

I had a Roomba and I hated it. Whenever I ran it I would have to monitor the unit to make sure it didnt get stuck somewhere (which it ALWAYS did.) The Roomba was way more work for me than just vacuuming so I put it to sleep. I decided to get the OKP Robot because it was cheap and Im having some mobility issues that makes vacuuming difficult right now. I wasnt expecting it, but this little guy has really impressed me. It rarely gets stuck, does a good job cleaning, is far more quiet than the Roomba and always finds its way home to recharge (also unlike Roomba.) The app is useless, but you dont really need it. Just turn this bad boy on and let it get to work. Well worth the $!

I bought this vacuum because it was really low priced and had great reviews. It set up quickly and easily and the app is easy to use. It cleans wood and easily transitions and clean runners and carpets. We have a husky, a pit bull and 3 cats and it keeps our floor looking great and hair free. My dog had an accident in the house prior to the vacuum running and it worked so well that it tracked the poop all over my house, including onto my carpets. I basically drowned the vacuum in soap and water and was really worried it wasn’t going to recover but it still runs and cleans just as well as it did before. I just purchased another vacuum to run on the upstairs which is all carpet so hopefully it will work as well. Overall the is one of the best purchases I have ever made and although I never really leave reviews I knew I had to after the poop fiasco.

I don’t typically review products but feel compelled to share my experience with this product. I have wood floors all through my house and with pets theres always hair and things I have to sweep daily so I was looking for something to help with the mess. I didn’t want one of those expensive ones until I knew how it would work, so I ordered this one. I unboxed it and clicked the power button on the remote and off it went. I dont use the app and it took about a week to learn my house and find its way back to its station on its own. Its not able to climb up onto our big area rug in the living area, but thats fine Im not too lazy to manually vacuum it. This product is definitely worth it and works well. Its not a big vacuum so I dont expect it to perform like one.
