> 3 day2 years in and pixels are failing. I’m up to 3 dead pixels and it is pretty distracting. I would say, this is slightly less than my expectations. You should easily get 3 hours from your projector without this sort of failure.

> 3 dayNot going into length on this. But after 2 years, white dots are beginning to take over the screen. This is a failing DMD chip. Contacted technical support who informed me the chip was $400. Then theres a $110 cost, right out of the gate. Plus shipping and Im sure other fees. To fix a chip will cost the same as a new projector. Not to mention the part is not in stock. I informed them that this will prevent me from ever purchasing another Optoma product. And that Id share my experience. Didnt seem to matter. I would encourage you to steer clear.

Greater than one weekGreat picture quality. Brightness looks good even in late afternoon with window blinds partially open.

> 3 dayLet me say now that there is no lag at all when playing a video game. The picture is pretty damned good, and Im playing a few different games, from shooters to RPGs, the biggest thing I was worried about was lag, I can say that its impossible to see.

Greater than one weekThis projector is very nice! I have mine ceiling-mounted, about 12-15 feet away from a 100” screen. The picture is very bright, even with the lights on in the room (but best viewing is, of course, when the lights are off). Setup was easy.

Greater than one weekThe only negative is lack of audio. Either audio system or headset fixes the trick...good for on the go and perfect for gaming.

> 3 dayReturning for refund. Broke after 15 min of use. I inspected the bulb and that was not the issue. This is not my first projector. Room needs to be dark for good view of picture. With just a little light, you cannot see anything this thing projects. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. $700 budget? Go get something else.

> 3 dayThis projector is exactly what I was looking for backyard movies, great picture quality and brightness for a very reasonable price. I plug in a 4k Roku stick, that uses the USB port for power, eliminating another power cord, and allows me to quickly and easily access all my streaming media channels.
