> 3 dayCompared to other smart devices, this one is a bit difficult to set up. Granted that it may be due to my cumbersome hub the Wink. I bought two of these and could never get the second one to connect. Returned it. The one I kept has worked without fail for about a month now, it was just difficult to connect.

> 3 daySo far works like a charm! Tech support was great and prompt. Had trouble pairing, but they told me to use the classic app first to pair it, then used the new app after that with no problems.

Greater than one weekI bought this for use outside to control a water fountain. It paired easily with my zwave hub and works with no issue.

> 3 dayHas been working great for around 6 months now with some overhead lights outside, exposed to the rain. I bought a 2nd one to use under a canopy outside and I think the way I positioned it exposed it to too much water, so I reached out to their support and after a prompt reply, theyre now sending me a replacement one. Since I often look at reviews for this, Im currently using it with Home Assistant (HassIO) to automatically turn on some outdoor lights before sunset and turn them off around 11pm. The other thing thats nice about this setup is I believe it acts as a repeater which helps since I have a lock nearby that is battery powered. (Also, features for review are listed as Warmth, Sheerness, and Thickness? Hard to imagine how those were selected by Amazon.)

> 3 day[UPDATED REVIEW] Although originally this worked great with Home Assistant and an Aeotec Z-Stick controller, after about six weeks problems developed. It randomly stops responding to Z-Wave commands, and the controller reports it as dead. You can still control whatevers plugged in by using the button on the unit, but having to go outside to switch things on and off kind of defeats the point. The Z-Wave functions die two or three times a week. When that occurs the only way to bring it back onto the Z-Wave network is to unplug it, wait a while, and then plug it in again. Then it works for a few days, until it randomly stops responding and I have to go outside to power cycle it again. (Nothing had changed in my Z-Wave network when these problems started, and all my other devices are working fine.) I emailed Eva Logik support, but still no response after two weeks. Will update if I hear back from them. [ORIGINAL REVIEW: was 5 stars] Im using Z-Wave dual outdoor outlet with Home Assistant and an Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 Z-Wave controller. And so far, it does exactly what it claims, and does it well. Both outlets can be controlled independently, and their status shows up accurately in my HA dashboards. Pairing was easy: the outlet automatically enters add mode the first time you plug it in, so just be sure to click add node in the HA Z-Wave panel before you plug it in. (Theres a big yellow sticker on the packaging alerting you to this.) The outlet shows up as three devices, all Unknown: type=c000, id=c007 by Inovelli. The second and third devices control the left and right outlets, respectively. The first device also seems to control just the left outlet, at least by default. (There are configurable device parameters for group associations, but I havent experimented with that. The instruction sheet also lists some other available parameters: LED indicator behavior, auto turn-on and turn off timers, and state after power outage--see photos.) Range seems great for my purposes. I have it outdoors, about 50ft and some windows away from the nearest (indoor) Z-Wave node, and its been completely reliable so far. (Unlike the Bolun Wi-Fi outdoor smart plug it replaced.) Ive deliberately kept my network to only Z-Wave Plus devices; if you have some older non-Plus devices mixed in, that might affect your range. Cant comment on weather resistance yet, but Ill update this review if I run into any problems. [This review is for the Eva Logik model ZW97 Outdoor Z-Wave Plus On/Off Light and Appliance Plug, 1 On/Off Outlet+ 1 Alway On Outlet, sold by EVA LOGIK and shipped by Amazon.com, purchased 8/2020.]

> 3 dayI have used this for 3 weeks now and I am impressed with how well our Samsung Smartthings works with it. I have one outlet coming on 30 minutes before sunset and the other outlet coming on at 15 minutes after sunset. I have about 400watts on each outlet and so far this has worked flawlessly.

> 3 dayI love the use of voice technology, my wife is more old school. This fits the bill with easy to add to smart things, and has the manual button. If you need automation outside, that isnt permanent, and the ability to manually override, this the tool for the job.

> 3 dayThe connected easily to my Hubitat Elevation hub, and I can name and manage both receptacles separately. All for a great price. The only thing I do wish it had was a 90° plug, but I couldnt find any Z-wave devices that do.

Greater than one weekI would have given this device 5 stars, when I first set it up. However, I have learned to use something new for a while, before rating it. If it still works, great! Unfortunately, as in the case of this device, it worked for a while, and then started dropping off of the system - as you see in so many other reviews. Its too bad that it doesnt last longer than a couple of months. It was a great device, and a great value... until it started failing. Now its worthless.
