> 3 dayI bought these because I thought they would be easier to remove when I needed to access the outlet, but still tricky for a toddler. However they are very hard to remove and gave my husband a nasty cut on his finger. I would not recommend buying these.

> 3 dayI bought these to keep mud wasps out of outlets in a parking shed. They appear to be of good quality and are easy to insert and remove. Today I pulled one out and plugged in a Battery Tender (charger). The charger fell out because there was not enough tension in the outlet to hold on to the plug. I dont ever remember having this issue in the past, so I am making an assumption that the plastic outlet covers may have stretched the outlet contacts (not conclusive, just an assumption). For the other outlets, I took some diagonals and cut the plastic prongs shorter so they dont insert as far into the outlets. They seem to hold fine with the long (round) ground prong and shortened prongs, but Im only concerned with wasps, not toddlers. I do like the product, but would have to do some more tests (or measurements) before I would install them throughout a house.

> 3 dayI live in a crappy rental house with a clueless landlord. A mouse died in the wall because he put poison bait stations outside without ensuring the mice cant get in the house after they eat the poison! Months later it still smells like a dead body. I used these outlet covers to keep the smell in the walls. Did not work. Then I noticed a foul feces/urine smell, a sure sign of a nest, in an outlet next to my stove. These didnt stop the smell despite the fit being tight and secure. I dont have kids but I feel more relaxed that my cat wont accidentally electrocute himself with the outlet by his scratching post. I havent tried to remove them so I cant comment on that, but my lease is up in a few months so I shall find out soon. Im counting the days! Dont move to Portland, OR. High rent, substandard living conditions, amateur landlords with no knowledge of the law, and tenant lawyers who will tell you its illegal but difficult to prove, so no worth their time. Portland sucks! But these outlet covers are pretty good.

> 3 dayREALLY like these! Bought some to baby proof home for a grandson who is now on the move. They stay in well until you are ready to remove them. When you want to use the plug just slide the plastic piece and it becomes a small grab handle to easily remove. So much easier than the plugs available when my kids were small ! Even my husband who has arthritis can get the plugs out. But unless you slide the piece and pull it they are securely in place. I just ordered another bag for other family members.

21-12-2024These are a little smaller than I envisioned but it was probably listed on the website and I overlooked it. It does have a hook to pull them out of the wall that some are easier to remove than others.

> 3 dayThese are perfect so hard to take out. Make sure you put it on outlets you don’t need because it is a struggle to take out.

21-12-2024Easy to insert and like the pull tab on it to remove, although not too easy for the child.
