These are perfect so hard to take out. Make sure you put it on outlets you don’t need because it is a struggle to take out.

Why my dog licks the outlets I have no idea ?! So these were a must ! Many came in the pack. Easy to install, blends in nicely with the outlets not an eyesore at all and my dog has not tried to lick them or the outlets anymore so win win ! 10/10 would recommend !

They do the job and cover the outlets in a non hideous way. Once the pull tab is out, they are really easy to pull out, but the slide down mechanism is VERY hard to get

These are a little smaller than I envisioned but it was probably listed on the website and I overlooked it. It does have a hook to pull them out of the wall that some are easier to remove than others.

    Greater than one week

These little things are great for being child proof so that makes them a 5 star! But trying to figure out how to open them for removal with the pull tab is tricky but overall they are great!

So I used these to prevent dust from getting into outlets. Cheap enough, easy solution. They work great... HOWEVER, and this is a big one, they may work TOO well. I got these stuck in a few different outlets one being my APC UPS battery backup. I had to use a screwdriver (yes I unplugged it and didnt touch the contacts!) to pry it out. My advice is to just remove the ground plug portion (wire cutters or pliers twisting the post back and forth will do it). There is no loss of safety because it will still stay in the socket very well with just two prongs inserted. This is just a word of caution from experience, as it is much easier to remove without the ground prong and there will be no fear of it getting stuck in a receptacle.

To keep smoke ( BBQ, fireplace) from coming into the house through the electrical wall sockets.

Easy to insert and like the pull tab on it to remove, although not too easy for the child.

I originally bought this product 2 years ago and it was fantastic. They were originally square shaped. Recently, we moved to a new house and needed more of them. When I went to reorder, I noticed that they are now circular but I order them anyway because I assumed they would work the same way. The original square versions were sturdy and you can easily pull these out of the socket if you needed. These newer models, are thinner and you can barely get them out of the socket by hand. They get stuck. You have to use a screw driver to pull them out or mess with them for 2-3 minutes to get them out. They are truly awful. The 10,000 reviews are misleading because these are likely based on the old version, not this new flimsy version. Don’t waste your money on this version.
