I went and had a professional micro-needling, and then decided I needed to have a pen. I did much research and read lots of reviews. I decided on the Sergand, and I am beyond pleased. It is super easy to use, it feels good in my hand, and the instructions were easy to figure out. I have used it once a week mostly to help reduce my pore size and it has made an incredible difference. Highly recommend!

Make SURE you look up a guide before you use! Read the manual that comes with this product, but with any tool like this, youll want to watch someone using it visually to make sure you have a good idea. But Ive had about 3 or 4 sessions, and Im noticing the wrinkles on my forehead suddenly shrinking in depth. Im excited to keep going and see what I can pull off with this product.

Ive had microneedling done at a Beauty Spa and after my first use with Segand I got similar results. The sterile tips in various sizes is a great feature. The pen came almost fully charged and was easy to use with adjustable depths for different parts of your face. The directions offer some tips on how to properly do microneedle yourself, but I watched a couple of You Tube videos to refresh the procedure from when I would get it done professionally. The cost of the pen and serums are a fraction of the cost getting this done at a salon. Highly recommend.

Easy to use and I loved the results

Im very happy with this purchase. The pen is sturdy and came with an assortment of needle tips each individually wrapped. It charged up quickly and worked just as I wanted it too. Adjustable speeds too! Great pen.

This is a serious little contraption that I realize I should not try to do myself. This type of machine should be kept for professionals with proper training to use- there is zero instructions on HOW to use it. It gives the instructions for what the needles are used on and suggestions but it doesn’t tell how to use it on the face-

This is an amazing at home tool. So far I’ve used it twice and I can tell it’s working. The texture of my skin got better, it looks more plump and beautiful. I am liking it so much.
