Ive done microneedling in the past but this is my first home device. The pen is very user friendly, simple and straight forward. Because doing it on oneself at home on the mirror is a quite different experience when compared to doing at a derm office, I watched a few YouTube tutorials and made sure to wear surgical gloves, numbing cream, and be very careful to avoid contamination of the tip. All worth it! Done my second session (6 weeks interval) and my skin looks A-MA-ZING!!!

I had a professional micro 2 years ago and saw a huge difference in my skin the next day. This Sergand micro needling pen is amazing! The idea that using this causes your skin to heal itself is absolutely the results I get. I just started using it on my chest and arms but also a dark spot I have had for years on my leg is starting to lighten and peel off. I need to know where to get refills for the pen!

I bought this product in September 2022. I am now writing this review because I wanted to use this item well before I did. Fist please cartridges are one time use not to be used over and over even if you use rubbing alcohol. Of course, before using cartridges soak in rubbing alcohol. From what I understand based on my research, that more needles mean less penetration and it will be less discomfort on skin. The analogy Penny Smith used was golden. It is like a bed of nails if you were to stand on one nail it will pierce skin but say 20 nails may not. I use the progressive not aggressive approach. I do .5 - 1 on my face and I do so every 6-8 weeks. My skin feels like it is sunburnt after, but this subsides after a couple hours and after application of product. I use niacinamide and cerave moisturizing cream on the day I do treatment. I feel as if my laugh lines have softened. I hope for more improvement with consistent use. Stretch marks. This really blew my mind. I used it on stretch marks over 30 years old and there was a significant improvement. On my body I go bet 1.5 - 2 but I dont do it until it bleeds. No just pass until it looks a bit pink. I use 16 pin I have found this works better. This is quite easy to use just do research first. Penny Smith Master Esthetician with be a good way to go.

this tool has been a game changer for my skin! the results are so worth every penny. Make sure you use numbing cream thou! it’s pretty painful if you don’t.
