> 3 dayI would definitely purchase some kind of numbing cream; however, this product is very well made and easy to use! I was concerned about a micro needling device, but the ease of use is impressive! I would recommend using this every 3 weeks or so and when you buy it, buy a numbing cream too. IT HURTS (but is so much cheaper and better than repeated botox).

> 3 dayAt first, I was scared but I got used to it and it doesnt hurt too much or bother me, and Im using it without any numbing cream. Pay attention to the settings in the instructions for different parts of your face, because they are very helpful. Sometimes I adjust the strength a little higher because I feel that it should be ok. Avoid the sun after using this and wear good mineral sunscreen because you can sunburn easily for a couple of days and damage your lovely skin. My face looks so bright and fresh after usage. Im a new user so I have not yet seen the long-term effects but I will post an update. I highly recommend watching some youtube videos and reading the instructions before using, so you can use it correctly, and to stop after doing each area on your face to apply a good serum (I use a hyaluronic acid serum that has vitamins, antioxidants, and growth factors).

Greater than one weekPen arrived on time. It charged easily and the needle heads were no hassle to put on. I used once before Christmas and put away again until after New Year. The first time I used I was surprised that it only tickles. I did not use any lubricant or lotion with the pen. The next day I had a very minor irritation on area but no redness. No other after effects. Recently, I took it out again and used a vitamin lotion with it and the next day I had the same amount of irritation, but again, it was nominal and there was no visual redness. I really like this pen and look forward to getting into a regular routine with it now that the hectic holiday season is over. Skin was smoother the next day when I used with the lotion. I am in my 60s and was able to use with no problem. I would definitely buy again.

> 3 dayThis works but hear me out… I bought for $95. They raised it $30 more dollars and it isn’t worth it… Based off my research, you only need the 16 needles for microneedling lines and pores. Vibration doesn’t matter even though they are marketing that. Otherwise the needles aren’t penetrating the skin deep enough because it’s too short and fast. The first time I used it the needle didn’t even click on right and I am thanking God it didn’t bounce in my eye…. It says it’s suppose to just snap on once you turn it but nope. Fell on the floor and had to throw it away. Waste of money. I will probably return this. Probably made in china. Why spend extra $ on these for no reason. There are probably better and cheaper ones on here that aren’t hazardous. I’ve heard good things on gin ambers products too for her derma rollers. My skin has improved slightly since first session, but it is very dry which they don’t tell you happens after so you need an amazing hydrating cream to recover. You need to do intense research on this or you can mess up your skin. You are not suppose to do more than .5 needle a week. Even the pattern you rotate the pen needs to be a certain way or you will do damage on your skin. You need to be well researched putting needles on your face isn’t a joke. Research a lot of dermatologist videos first. The size of the needle matters, how many, how far apart they are, the material of needles, etc. If it will shoot you in the eye defintely matters lol!!

> 3 dayI decided to treat myself to a microneedler for Christmas. Ive never had it done professionally nor have I used any other micro Needler. I first tried it 4 weeks ago and just now finished my second session. I have a high pain tolerance so I dont use any numbing cream etc. as I feel that would just irritate my skin more. I used 1.5 setting on my face and 2 on a couple areas of the body (above the knees for example) and only saw maybe 2 teeny spots of blood. Overall it feels like a minor sunburn to me. I was generous with the hyaluronic acid this time. This needle is easy to use and straight forward. Lightweight and simple. Ive improved my skin care routine in the last month and in combination with this product I do believe I see differences! Im eager to try in another few weeks and see what fine lines etc may improve.

> 3 dayHave always used a manual microneedling roller, so very excited for this pen. Bought this as a Christmas present to myself! It arrived quickly and professionally! Have used once for fine lines and did not need any numbing product. Very easy to use and excited for my second session next week. Would highly recommend!

> 3 dayLove this product! So far I have used twice and can notice a huge improvement. I had a few dark spots/pitted acne scars on the left side of my face from over picking.. gave this product a shot and am so glad I did! The dark spots are now almost nonexistent and the pitted scars have definitely evened out. They will need a few more rounds but with the first two doing as much as they did I have no doubt it will get the job done!
