> 24 hourIve had it on for ~500 miles and have not dropped a chain yet, despite riding pretty rocky trails. It is noisier than a conventional chainring, but I think thats a narrow-wide thing and not particular to this chanring.

> 24 hourConverted my 1999 Schwinn Moab to 1X. Chainring does a good job of keeping chain on, I have only had 2 dropped chains, but I blame that on my rear derailleur (it is old and not as firm as newer RD and ones with a clutch. The anodizing seems to be holding up better than I expected.

> 24 hourUsed to make my 3x10 to 1x10. Worked perfectly with my crank arms. You will need mounting hardware for this. Chain hasnt fallen off yet and dont use a chain guide. I ride some pretty rough terrain and Im surprised at how well the narrow/wide teeth have worked. Makes my bike look cooler as well.

> 24 hour104mm bolt pattern and it has 30teeth! awesome for my 1x9 setup on my specialized enduro. Love that the spacer is built in and the holes are threaded to receive the bolts. The narrow wide didnt hold my chain without dropping... my 13 year XTR deraileur was just not up to the task... so if youre switching to 1x setup, make sure you get a chain retainer or switch to a new SRAM type 2 deraileur with clutch to hold the chain tighter My crank now seems to creak a little, but maybe Ill lock tight it instead of greasing the bolts.

> 24 hourI installed one of these on my freeride bike, removing the chain retention system and bash ring. I probably saved 1/2 pound but more importantly theres much less drivetrain friction without the extra pulleys, etc. I rode it last weekend in the bike park, and happy to report I had no chain drops or issues despite jumps, drops and bottoming out the suspension a few times. Simple and effective, what could be better?. This is on a 10 speed setup with a X-9 rear derailleur with a clutch.

> 24 hourFirst narrow/wide chain ring Ive used with a 1x setup. Lightweight, precision machined. Works well, never toss a chain.

> 24 hourI love it. I went with 36 tooth, but maybe should have gone 34 or 32 because I miss the easier gears on climbing from my 2x10 setup. A bit noisier than the 2x10, but no dropped chain in first two rides since I installed it. Noise isnt a distraction on the trail, btw.
