I bought this for myself for Christmas. I absolutely love it! I have 2 large dogs, 4 cats and 2 kids....and it keeps up with all of it. Picks up hair and kibble with ease. Its also easy to clean and comes with a tool to cut hair out of the brush if necessary. It has definitely helped a lot and Im thinking about getting another for the basement!

This vacuum and mop is the bomb! It takes a few time for it to map out your area but when it does it doesnt take too long. I remove the rugs on the floor except for the area rug. The small rugs it can get hung up on but the area rug it go perfectly over. Doesnt get stuck under my chair so thats great. I dont need the magnetic strip for the stairs either. It senses the stairs and turns around. When it is done it goes back to the charging unit. The mop is cool but it is only for a clean up during the week I still mop at the end of the week to make sure floor is actually clean. I do have 2 laborador retrievers and it picks up hair very nicely and the suction is powerful. You can adjust the settings for suction. The app is very useful. If the vacuum gets stuck you can manually drive it out of the area from your phone. It come with a remote too we dont use that though. Kids used it when we got it like a remote control car haha. But after the fun we were over it. I absolutely would recommend this to dog owners and people with kids. I have not tried on a fully carpeted room but bare floors it works great.

The vacuum cleaner works excellent but at 100% charge and in maximum vacuum function it only lasts 60 minutes, not 150 as it says

Let me start off by saying i don’t know how I ever dealt with my floors before this thing. I have two pitbulls that shed like crazy everywhere and I felt like I was constantly sweeping and vacuuming. This little machine picks up SO MUCH fur and dirt that they carry into my house. I honestly was not expecting it to work as well as it does. Even on my carpet, it picks up everything. I use it every day and I’m obsessed. I will never go without one ever again.

Update: KEEPING IT although it wont return to station. I prefer to clean by hand (detergents) so mop feature not used & unimportant. Pros: QUIET; No pets or kids, little foot traffic. So cleans well for my needs. Have NOT used mop feature. Cons: Over 3 hrs and 2 headaches CANNOT get wi-fi to sync with mobile for audible alerts. Naturally, device gets stuck - furniture, etc. Took half day to find Tikom. Downloaded TuyaSmart. Now feel real dumb. Sorry, must return - cant connect wi-fi. Paying more for another device is well worth my sanity.

After doing a lot of research to find a good robot vacuum and mop it became obvious that the Tikom robot would be the best value buy. For a long time I thought that if I wanted a good robot vacuum I would have to spend $500+, I now know that that is not the case. I also really liked the modern looking a sleek design of this robot vacuum. I opted to buy the Tikom model with the stronger suction and I’m so happy that I did, especially because I have two pets (a cat and a dog). Every time I run it I am shocked by how much dust/dirt it picks up. If you’re a cat owner you know how annoying it can be to have to constantly sweep up cat litter. Thankfully the Tikom has no problem vacuuming up my cats litter. Also, I really like that it runs in straight lines instead of moving randomly like other robot vacuums. Because of this, I feel like it gets a more thorough clean without missing any spots. It has no problem going under the couch or any beds, which is great since those aren’t usually places that I clean myself. Since I have a very open concept home I didn’t think the mapping feature that some more expensive vaccines have was necessary. All in all it’s perfect for my two bedroom apartment!

I bought the roomba 650 in 2017. I changed the brush, kept it clean and it finally broke down. I decided on this vacuum due to the reviews, price and utility. The mop is a swifter, and the brush length is smaller than the roomba. That being said, it runs on a daily basis and has kept my floors clean in between my monthly professional cleanings. I will give a 6 month and one year review once it has reached that time. Currently 5 stars.

I love this vacuum! I have two dogs and I run it once a day to help keep up with the dirt and hair. Works like a charm and keep the floors clean all week long.
