> 3 dayI purchased this vacuum to replace the Brand R that was old and ready to go away. The price was right, features were right, but I had never heard of Tikom. I took a chance. The lower height was a big plus, because the old one frequently got stuck under cabinet fronts. The Tikom was getting stuck under a few pieces of furniture, but I compensate by adding weather stripping or furniture pads to prevent this. This unit is much quieter that my previous robot vacuum, and the battery runs the unit for almost 3 hours, even though it is only supposed to last two hours. Performance exceeds performance of my previous robot vacuum in every area that matters. I have not used the mop feature, and probably will not. I may decide to try the App and Voice control, but I doubt it. One suggestion for improvement is that the dust bin should be larger. It picks up more dust and dirt than my previous vacuum, but the dust bin is not any bigger, maybe smaller. All in all, I am very pleased with my Tikom. We named her Donna.

> 3 dayThe vacuum cleaner works excellent but at 100% charge and in maximum vacuum function it only lasts 60 minutes, not 150 as it says

> 3 dayI wish I had found my new best helper years ago! As a dog lover my pets are my kids but their hair drove me to think maybe a robot vac could alleviate my stress? The decision to buy this one was a dream come true. Check the suction if you are also buying one. I think my choice of a Tikum was the best.

Greater than one weekBought for my parents Christmas gift. They are 90. Remote obviously doesnt work through walls and around corners but they think it should. Otherwise I cant find a problem with it. They have hardwood floors so no mopping function is needed even though it is available. It goes under furniture and couches. Gets everything cleaned. They love to watch it roam around and head back home to charge and they can empty it.

> 3 dayUpdated: Tikom sent me a new vacuum and it works much better than the original. Still gets caught up by furniture regularly, but does a decent job in wide open rooms. Enjoy the added mop function with this vacuum, Initial review: Waste of time and money. Stops every minute or two stating the front bumper is stuck, even in the middle of the wood floor. Not smart enough to not go down the stairs. Misses a lot of dirt. Edited: I’ve been told it was a defective device. Company agreed to send a new one and if improved the review will be updated. Thus far, great customer service.

> 3 dayHad a hiccup with my unit. Reached out to customer service with my issue and was promptly responded. Not only were they polite and understanding, Ada quickly found a resolution for me and I was very happy with the outcome. Robot works great and planning to buy another one soon as a gift. I wish great success for this brand.

> 3 dayThe specs looked impressive and there were plenty of positive reviews so I gave it a shot. For a couple months, I was thrilled with it. I got into my routine of making a pass around the house to collect random dog toys each evening and he would happily wander around the house the next morning. He wasnt a fan of the little bathroom carpets (a thick shag style mat) so we learned to keep the bathroom doors. We went along happily like this for a couple months, then he got sick. He started running the same area over and over and running in circles. I couldnt find anything that actually specifies the warranty on this vacuum, so I emailed their tech support. They requested a video of what he was doing so I sent it over. They replied that it was working normally. We had used it every day for months and it was absolutely not normal. I explained that and sent more videos of him wandering aimlessly in circles. They again told me it was normal. So all I could do is request an exchange through Amazon. I returned him and the new one arrived. Upon setting up and charging the new one, it instantly made a an awful grinding noise from the main roller. I pulled the roller and checked for obstructions. Nothing was found, but I noted that the bearings had a definite tight spot that wasnt present on the previous vacuum. I gave it a couple weeks hoping it would smooth out and quiet down. Instead, it got continually louder. Disappointed yet again, I returned it and started the search for a different brand. At the end of the day, when it worked it was pretty good. Sucked up an impressive amount of dirt even when I thought the floors were clean. Had plenty of battery life to vacuum all the areas I wanted done. On the normal suction setting it was quiet enough to not annoy you too much. Pretty easy to maintain and even include a little brush/cutter for cleaning the roller. So when it works its great, you just have to hope for one that works.

> 3 dayI purchased this Robot Vac and Mop when my Neato finally died after several years of faithful service. I wanted a unit that would both vac and mop. The first thing that I noticed is that compared to the Neato, it was much quieter, that was a plus, but I also noticed that this unit has extreme difficulty scaling and vacuuming area rugs that the Neato sailed over easily! This tends to happen more if the border color is a dark navy or black. It just avoids the rug completely or climbs up after a struggle and then cant figure out where to go from there. I have had to lift it off the rug several times after it continued to struggle until it shut down. The mopping only involves a tiny amount of water that moistens a cloth and drags it across the floor. I didnt find it very effective. Its OK if you just want to get dust off the floor. It certainly doesnt clean anything. Finally, the light is supposed to blink while it is charging and hold steady when fully charged. Mine has never blinked. It always holds steady, so Im never sure whether its fully charged. It does vacuum the wood floors and the tile just fine. So if thats all you have, it should be OK.

> 3 dayAfter doing a lot of research to find a good robot vacuum and mop it became obvious that the Tikom robot would be the best value buy. For a long time I thought that if I wanted a good robot vacuum I would have to spend $500+, I now know that that is not the case. I also really liked the modern looking a sleek design of this robot vacuum. I opted to buy the Tikom model with the stronger suction and I’m so happy that I did, especially because I have two pets (a cat and a dog). Every time I run it I am shocked by how much dust/dirt it picks up. If you’re a cat owner you know how annoying it can be to have to constantly sweep up cat litter. Thankfully the Tikom has no problem vacuuming up my cats litter. Also, I really like that it runs in straight lines instead of moving randomly like other robot vacuums. Because of this, I feel like it gets a more thorough clean without missing any spots. It has no problem going under the couch or any beds, which is great since those aren’t usually places that I clean myself. Since I have a very open concept home I didn’t think the mapping feature that some more expensive vaccines have was necessary. All in all it’s perfect for my two bedroom apartment!

> 3 dayGot only one problem. Never knows how to go back home, i tried with the home base lest than 5inch far and went around the room looking for the base. Have no sense. Its really good detecting walls and surfaces and almost never hits anything.
