Not only were they polite and understanding, Ada quickly found a resolution for me and I was very happy with the outcome. Robot works great and planning to buy another one soon as a gift. Welcome this new beautiful Robot Sweep and Mop Combo, in addition to my two MI robot vacuums to my home. I was shopping for a new one to be used in my new guest house, and I need a more compact one that also comes with mop feature. I decided to give this one a try due to promotional price, good features, great looking and clear description of the product on Amazon. I got the machine very next day after I ordered. The set up of the vacuum is very easy, the phone apps and remote control both work very well in controlling and directing the robot. Personally I used more often with the phone as the mobile app is designed very well and user friendly, and you can schedule the sweep/mop conveniently. However when set up this Robot WiFi, you do need to manually key in SSDI and WiFi passcode. The features I particularly like are: - Quiet operation even with strongest suction. - Directional moving instead of randomly running around so it wont miss any spots. - More compact and thinner than most of Robot Vacuums so it can clean some low areas where regular vacuums cannot reach. - Super easy to set up, and really no need to read manual at all to work the machine (as long as you have the phone app connected). The brushes are very easily to clip on, no tools needed. - Works well with different type of surfaces: wood/tile floor, carpet, and all different thickness of the floor mat. - Battery last good amount of time, and it goes back to recharge when needed. - The dust bucket is easy to empty out and clean up. - Nice to have the replacement brush, filter and magnetic strips in the packaging. The improvement can be made: 1. The battery can be charged faster. 2. Since i have so many area rugs in the house, I wish I could have more magnetic strips for mopping. 3. Wish the machine can auto detect the rug/carpet and not have to use magnetic strip when mopping. Overall I would highly recommend this vacuum combo, especially with this attractive price.

With six kids and three dogs my floor is always dirty! I like the idea of daily sweeping, but with our schedule that is not reality. I was against the idea of a robot vacuum as I have never hired anyone to clean my house and considered it a luxury. I bought because the price point was amazing. I had no idea what to expect, but I am thrilled with the purchase. Andrew (I have no idea why my 12 yo named him Andrew) gets more dog hair and dirt than you can get with a broom. He gets in nooks and crannies very well. I start the cycle when we head to bed and wake up with a clean floor. I also run the mop part every night. In the morning the dirt bin is full and the water is empty. I still mop with my shark once a week as we bring in a lot of dirt. It is an easy mop as there is no dirt. It has gotten used to our downstairs and is more efficient than at the beginning. I brought it upstairs and was surprised it worked up there too - I guess I thought it would just have memory for one floor. Upstairs gets swept and mopped once a week. I have two bedrooms with carpet. It picked up dog hair and maybe some dirt. It got stuck under a dresser drawer and a trundle bed - I am guessing that the carpet makes it easier to get stuck?? It is amazing on my hardwood and the bathroom tile.

If replacement parts were easy to purchase this thing would be 5 stars. Long battery life and easy to take apart and clean. For the price you aren’t going to find a better robot vacuum.

I bought the roomba 650 in 2017. I changed the brush, kept it clean and it finally broke down. I decided on this vacuum due to the reviews, price and utility. The mop is a swifter, and the brush length is smaller than the roomba. That being said, it runs on a daily basis and has kept my floors clean in between my monthly professional cleanings. I will give a 6 month and one year review once it has reached that time. Currently 5 stars.

This robo vac (which we named Tiki) is going to save me a lot of work! I did not go with the wifi as I am on the 5gh due to the size of our home, but using it with the remote is so easy. Tiki goes out and does her thing, running over my hardwoods and up to my think pile carpet with no problem. She gets into places that I can not with my broom. I am totally impressed and not sure why I waited so long to purchase a robo vac. I have yet to use all of her features, but I am very pleased with her vacuuming capabilities, plus she is fun to watch. It is amazing that she finds her way back to her home even though she is on the complete opposite side of our house.

The specs looked impressive and there were plenty of positive reviews so I gave it a shot. For a couple months, I was thrilled with it. I got into my routine of making a pass around the house to collect random dog toys each evening and he would happily wander around the house the next morning. He wasnt a fan of the little bathroom carpets (a thick shag style mat) so we learned to keep the bathroom doors. We went along happily like this for a couple months, then he got sick. He started running the same area over and over and running in circles. I couldnt find anything that actually specifies the warranty on this vacuum, so I emailed their tech support. They requested a video of what he was doing so I sent it over. They replied that it was working normally. We had used it every day for months and it was absolutely not normal. I explained that and sent more videos of him wandering aimlessly in circles. They again told me it was normal. So all I could do is request an exchange through Amazon. I returned him and the new one arrived. Upon setting up and charging the new one, it instantly made a an awful grinding noise from the main roller. I pulled the roller and checked for obstructions. Nothing was found, but I noted that the bearings had a definite tight spot that wasnt present on the previous vacuum. I gave it a couple weeks hoping it would smooth out and quiet down. Instead, it got continually louder. Disappointed yet again, I returned it and started the search for a different brand. At the end of the day, when it worked it was pretty good. Sucked up an impressive amount of dirt even when I thought the floors were clean. Had plenty of battery life to vacuum all the areas I wanted done. On the normal suction setting it was quiet enough to not annoy you too much. Pretty easy to maintain and even include a little brush/cutter for cleaning the roller. So when it works its great, you just have to hope for one that works.
