> 3 dayI purchased this to replace another brand that just stopped charging. It arrived sooner than expected. After it charged I gave it a try. The first thing I noticed was how quiet it was. You can adjust the suction levels and even on the higher setting it’s not as loud as my other one was. I should’ve taken a picture of the dust bin & mop cloth after its first cleaning. It was amazing, & disgusting at the same time, how much dirt this thing picked up. I had to empty it once before it’s cleaning cycle was completed. And I love how easy it is to empty the dust bin. My previous one I had to actually pick up to empty. This one you lift the top and there it is. No picking the unit up at all. On a full charge it seemed to go about 50 minutes. The mopping fully charge seems to go about 30 minutes before having to recharge. But once it re-charges it goes right back to work. I don’t have to do anything. I did download the app which was easy and I managed to link it to my Alexa. It sweeps when I tell Alexa to sweep but I can’t get the mopping function to work (may be my fault since I’ve never set up a routine before). Now let’s talk about the navigation. My previous robot was all over the place. This one took about three or four cleanings and it developed a pattern and went in that pattern every single cleaning. It edged clean, it Cleaned the rugs & never skipped a beat. It came with a magnetic strip that I put in front of my front door threshold (because it kept getting stuck). Once I put that magnetic strip down it never got stuck again. I also put a strip down in front of our pet area so that it wouldn’t knock over water and food bowls. As far as the mopping goes it does say not to put cleaning solution in the unit that you should use water only. I was skeptical of this but after seeing the mop cloth I’m convinced that it is cleaning the floor. I just wish you could solution in it to make sure the floors are sanitized. All in all I am extremely happy with this purchase. The price was within my budget. My previous one cost $600 and I cannot tell a difference in the way they clean And I have the added bonus of a mop now.

06-04-2025Overall i am happy with it I like that it goes left to right not a random route like my old one. i also like that you can vacuum and mop at the same time. that was the selling point for me. It does good vacuuming and decent at mopping. i have laminate floors which i think is supposed to get the lowest water setting for mopping. I had to set it to the highest water setting to ever see a difference on the floors. which is not a big deal it just doesnt put out as much water as they expect i guess. Also one thing i dont like is if you press the home button before it decides that it needs to go home to charge, it doesnt know how to get home. it continues to do its route just with the suction turned off which is useless. As long as you let it run until the battery gets low then you will be fine. Just has been an issue for me. Also sometimes it runs into things kind of hard. not a gentle touch sometimes. All in all it does what its supposed to do. The app is how i control it and its decent not great. Cant beat the price for what it does.

> 3 dayWe don’t have a massive house or apartment but the battery is somehow always out when we need it. The retaining capacity of the battery is very bad. In terms of function it does the work as required but what’s the point of that if you can’t use it when you want.

> 3 day**UPDATE** I have had this vacuum for two months now and the battery life has went down from 2 hours to one hour of operation. The vacuum will sometimes make stupid moves and not find doorways and rooms or will make a ring around the walls of a room and then just go on to another room. And sometimes it works wonderfully. Except for the battery life it seems to work most of the time. I just replaced the battery with the one from the first vacuum and will see how long it will last. Well ordered my first robot vacuum (different brand) back during the Prime days in July. Took forever to come and I received the wrong item ( a mattress pad) and Amazon was sold out by then and I got a refund. Oh well reordered a Tikom and the vacuum arrived worked about 2 weeks and then lost its sensor for the floor. Got a full refund at that time and since Im in South Korea, they said to keep the defective one. So I reordered again and this time its been working for a month and all is well! Oh and the price dropped $10 on the final order! Great vacuum for the price its not too smart but it gets the job done and my wife is happy with its work.

> 3 dayIm in love. Its me, my boyfriend, and my dog in a pretty small studio apartment. Dirt builds up fast in that small of a space. I couldn’t keep up with the sweeping, not to mention i hated it, and we really couldn’t be sockless around the house because dirt would stick to our feet no matter how recently i cleaned. Enter this vacuum. For a budget option, its amazing. Im sure a more expensive one with more features would be nicer, but this one does the job pretty well. I haven’t connected to the app, but i really havent needed to. I run the vacuum once a day and mop every other day. It bounces around my entire apartment 3-4 times, declares itself done, and goes back to the charging pad. My floors are nice and clean, and it even gets under the furniture where I always ignored. Its not super quiet, but its not any louder than a dishwasher or a dryer or something. It does get stuck on rugs, so i pick up my small ones and shake them out before letting it run. The vacuum does push stuff around a bit. My dogs beds get shoved around for a while till it hits a more concrete barrier, and toys on the floor get pushed around (i do pick them up but my dog pulls them out again right away) sometimes it runs into things a bit hard, but usually it just gently bumps off and goes another way. I love that it vacuums and mops. It does take a little bit of maintenance, emptying the dirt and filling/emptying the water, but it comes with a cute little tool to brush the dirt out of the inside and to cut hairs wrapped around the roller. There weren’t any instructions on how to clean it so i had to poke at it a bit to realizing the top opens up for access to the dirt catcher. It does come with multiple mop pads so that you can wash one while you use the other.

> 3 dayThis was my first robot cleaner, the price was very reasonable and i was very happy with the purchase. Over all it did an okay job, since this is my first i am not very picky. The suction power is good but not for deep cleaning. I downloaded the App in the beginning but decided to delete it, because it seem only good to keep record of the time the cleaner worked. The remote control is not working, or i dont know how to use it . I think we are doing okay just charge the robot and put it to work wherever. I clean the machine every time after the cleaning is done, its easy to take the part out to clean. This cleaner is pretty quiet also.

> 3 dayit does a nice job with the vacuuming, but the mop only spreads water on the floor. Like putting wet rag on floor and dragging it across the floor. I have a rumba which I run first and the Tikom goes next. Cleans well and smaller than rumba so it gets into the smaller spots. Still trying to get comfortable with the remote and phone app. Just need time

> 3 dayThis is the best. A friend recommended and it had a 30% off coupon so the price was around $169. It mops -doesnt scrub, but it does a nice enough job. The vacuum I set on timer, I make sure everything is up and out of way and it does the whole area, helping our backs from sweeping a few times a day. You can set up pattern also- which i like.

Greater than one weekI recently purchased the Tikom Robot Vacuum with high hopes of a convenient and efficient cleaning solution. Unfortunately, my experience with this product left much to be desired, ultimately leading me to return it due to persistent issues with the sweeping attachments and frustrating functionality. First and foremost, the sweeping attachments of the Tikom Robot Vacuum proved to be a major disappointment. During use, they constantly fell off, greatly diminishing the vacuums effectiveness in picking up dirt and debris. This flaw significantly impacted the cleaning performance, as the attachments would detach frequently, requiring constant monitoring and reattachment. To make matters worse, whenever I picked up the vacuum to reattach the sweeping attachments, it would reset the cleaning process. This forced me to start the cleaning cycle all over again, wasting both time and energy. The lack of memory or a resume function made it impractical and frustrating to use the vacuum efficiently. These issues with the sweeping attachments and functionality severely hindered the overall effectiveness and convenience of the Tikom Robot Vacuum. It failed to provide the seamless and hands-free cleaning experience that I expected from a robotic vacuum. In terms of positive aspects, the vacuum did have decent suction power and was capable of picking up dirt and debris when the attachments remained in place. The cleaning pattern was relatively thorough, and the vacuum navigated around furniture reasonably well. Additionally, the battery life was adequate for cleaning medium-sized areas without needing frequent recharging. However, these few positives were overshadowed by the recurring issues with the sweeping attachments and the frustrating reset of the cleaning process. The lack of durability and reliability in the attachment mechanism significantly detracted from the vacuums overall performance and usability. In conclusion, I found the Tikom Robot Vacuum to be a disappointing purchase due to its persistent issues with the sweeping attachments and frustrating functionality. The constant detachment of the sweeping attachments, coupled with the reset of the cleaning process upon reattachment, made it an impractical and frustrating cleaning solution. I ultimately decided to return the vacuum and explore other options that offer more reliable performance and functionality.

> 3 dayBTW, the unit performed well It got stuck under reclining chairs four times and managed to untangle itself once. I put the magnetic tape on the entrance to the Florida room because it can easily get there, but no way it is going to come back from there. I finally let it do the appartment on its own and when I got back, it was stuck behind the couch. I had forgotten to move one of the end tables to cut off that route. The second time I tried, it went perfectly all around the condo and we found the unit back in its station. My floors look shinier and the unit picks up a lot. We used every day and are surprised at the amount of dust and hairs it picks up, and we dont have a cat. Very happy with the product. I got in touch with Tikon because I couldnt find replacement parts. Thet sent me a link that shows that it is in back order and that they should have the parts in 5 to 10 days.
