I loved this vacuum. It worked great for the first 2 weeks and it stopped working. I contacted the seller with the issue, and they were able to send me another one. The new one had different color packaging but the vacuum itself looks the same. The only issue now is that its having trouble connecting to my wifi. It says not to use the 5g wifi but I cant figure out how to get my router to provide non-5g signals. Im manually starting the vacuum now vs scheduled times I had before, but it still works great for me.

I was having issues with my robot vacuum and contacted customer support. They were quick to respond and ultimately were able to help me with a new device. I love this device and Im so glad they were able to help me with my problem!

This was a gift for my Mom and she is amazed how well it vacuums and mops her marble floor. When I told her the price, she was doubly amazed. It does a great job of picking up hair and dust from the floor. It doesnt replace her mop, but it does an awesome job at maintaining a squeeky clean floor. The phone APP is easy for me, not so easy for my Mom. Ideally, Id like the find vacuum function to sound an alarm and REPEAT this for one minute. And, to have a button on the remote do this. For now, she contacts me if she cant locate the vacuum. Im able to sound the alarm for her with my phone when its stuck under the furniture. Another area of improvement would be to have white magnet tape to steer the vacuum away from the floor cords. In this case, her floor is white so black tape on a white floor isnt aesthetic. I should mention that the mop function doesnt leave a pool of water on the floor when set to low. This is a plus for me because I dont want my parents slipping on water. The water streak dryed within one minute. The vacuum isnt quiet, and I am honestly am ok with this. I am able to know where it is within the house in the event it is stuck. And, I get alert messages on my phone when this happens. The have used the phone APP to locate the vacuum with its map function, but I havent mastered the orientation of the rooms cleaned. Another area of improvement would be to designate within the map function, what room is what. And, then to specify which room (or hallway) needs to be cleaned. For now, it cleans the whole floor, which it has been able to do successfully with a single charge. I would say one floor is 1700 sq ft. Overall, this has a perfect balance of features and price.

I recently purchased the Tikom Robot Vacuum with high hopes of a convenient and efficient cleaning solution. Unfortunately, my experience with this product left much to be desired, ultimately leading me to return it due to persistent issues with the sweeping attachments and frustrating functionality. First and foremost, the sweeping attachments of the Tikom Robot Vacuum proved to be a major disappointment. During use, they constantly fell off, greatly diminishing the vacuums effectiveness in picking up dirt and debris. This flaw significantly impacted the cleaning performance, as the attachments would detach frequently, requiring constant monitoring and reattachment. To make matters worse, whenever I picked up the vacuum to reattach the sweeping attachments, it would reset the cleaning process. This forced me to start the cleaning cycle all over again, wasting both time and energy. The lack of memory or a resume function made it impractical and frustrating to use the vacuum efficiently. These issues with the sweeping attachments and functionality severely hindered the overall effectiveness and convenience of the Tikom Robot Vacuum. It failed to provide the seamless and hands-free cleaning experience that I expected from a robotic vacuum. In terms of positive aspects, the vacuum did have decent suction power and was capable of picking up dirt and debris when the attachments remained in place. The cleaning pattern was relatively thorough, and the vacuum navigated around furniture reasonably well. Additionally, the battery life was adequate for cleaning medium-sized areas without needing frequent recharging. However, these few positives were overshadowed by the recurring issues with the sweeping attachments and the frustrating reset of the cleaning process. The lack of durability and reliability in the attachment mechanism significantly detracted from the vacuums overall performance and usability. In conclusion, I found the Tikom Robot Vacuum to be a disappointing purchase due to its persistent issues with the sweeping attachments and frustrating functionality. The constant detachment of the sweeping attachments, coupled with the reset of the cleaning process upon reattachment, made it an impractical and frustrating cleaning solution. I ultimately decided to return the vacuum and explore other options that offer more reliable performance and functionality.

Overall i am happy with it I like that it goes left to right not a random route like my old one. i also like that you can vacuum and mop at the same time. that was the selling point for me. It does good vacuuming and decent at mopping. i have laminate floors which i think is supposed to get the lowest water setting for mopping. I had to set it to the highest water setting to ever see a difference on the floors. which is not a big deal it just doesnt put out as much water as they expect i guess. Also one thing i dont like is if you press the home button before it decides that it needs to go home to charge, it doesnt know how to get home. it continues to do its route just with the suction turned off which is useless. As long as you let it run until the battery gets low then you will be fine. Just has been an issue for me. Also sometimes it runs into things kind of hard. not a gentle touch sometimes. All in all it does what its supposed to do. The app is how i control it and its decent not great. Cant beat the price for what it does.

This is the first robotic vacuum I bought; thoroughly research and decided to buy this one. We have a mid size dog and a cat; I was amazed at how much this vacuum picked up! When I received it I vacuumed first with the upright vacuum and then sent the robotic off and running. It picked up so much more even after vacuuming with the big vacuum. The instructions were very clear and includes an extra set of brushes and even a string cutter if something gets wrapped around the main brush. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because once in a while it gets stuck on the same path, going over and over the same strip of carpet. I can’t figure that one out, but heck, other than that it does a great job. Our house is quite large with two stories, and it saves me from having to lug the big vacuum up and down the stairs. Overall, I’m quite happy with the purchase.

Works great for us! We have a large and open 1st floor with wood and a few area rugs on it. We have a dog that sheds a lot, so now we can run this little robot every day to get most of the dog hair picked up. The instructions are very good and it is easy to set up and connect to the wifi. The mobile app is also very good and helpful. It allows setting the different cleaning modes (we have only tried the normal cleaning mode, not the mopping one). It allows you to see a map of where the robot has already cleaned and set schedules for cleaning. I was also positively surprised how it gets itself unstuck from cables and other obstacles we have and how it does find its hidden charging station every time. In our house, it cleans for around 75 mins covering 900 square feet before needing to re-charge, which is almost all our 1st floor. It won’t replace all our own vacuuming, but it helps to just vacuum once a week and leave the daily job to this little robot. Wishes for improvements: You can mark off areas from the cleaning, but you need to use that special tape they give you, which is not a lot. It would be nice to be able to mark off things via normal blue paint tape or in the app. Since we have such a large cleaning area it would be nice to be able to divide it into two sections and have independent schedules for each one. But overall for the price， it is a great product!

The main brush kept getting stuck but amazon accepted the return For what you pay, the vaccum is decent the wash less so. But overall i like it

I seem to be more excited about having an issue which had me contact support than if I never had an issue to begin with. I already had the Tuya Smart App installed for another product so after adding the vacuum I was exploring the features and tapped the Map button. This would attempt to display another screen then the Tuya Smart App would completely crash. All the other functions for the vacuum seemed to work with no issue but the Map would never display and always crash the Tuya app. I contacted Tikom support who had me verify I was using the current version of the Tuya Smart app and gathered the Virtual ID and Upload Log for Tuya. This info was then passed along to Tuya support. The next day Tuya had found the mapping issue and the following day the issue was resolved. 11/29/22 - Initial contact with Tikom support 12/01/22 - Issue with Tuya Smart app resolved

What a great product! The Tikom simultaneously vacuums and mops, so my hardwood floors are clean in no time. I was worried that it might not get the floors clean enough, but we walk around in white socks all day and they are always bright white at the end of the day. The Tikom really does a great job. It has nice features that some other similarly-priced robo-vacs don’t have, like a remote control. It also has an extremely useful magnetic strip for blocking off specific area that might require a little supervision. Keep in mind that you cannot have a floor cluttered with wires. A robo vac is no different than a regular vacuum. You have to take care that it cannot get tangled in wires. All in all, I have nothing but positive things to say about the Tikom. I have recommended it to all of my friends.
