For the price of this it works great. Navigates and goes to charger a lot better than the roomba I bought! Really gets almost everything

This robot vacuum is an amazing great buy. It performs nicely and gets the job done. It definitely is not loud and its voice commands will let you know what it is doing. On first use I had to move around the little over 6ft boundary strip provided to keep it contained in the cleaning area as we have an open level floor plan. It performed an A+ job on the flat surfaces (hardwood & vinyl) and carpet. We only had it since July 2022 but are glad we purchase it. It is truly a time saver and its battery life is good. Sine purchase we have invested in more boundary strip as I figured with 4 strips of 6ft, 5ft, 5ft, and 5ft I can make it clean any area or multiple rooms. We are also pleased that we can operate it with the remote that came with it or from its phone app. Still getting use to the app as I realize that you can create multiple rooms, but can only assign the robot vacuum to one room or the alternative is to assign it to all. The app is not a dedicated vacuum app as it is design for multiple devices (over 48). Other than this minor limitation in the app this was an awesome 1st purchase of a robot vacuum. Still have not used it to mop but expecting it to be a great experience based on how well it has performed so far.

This Robot is great! I have had it for four months now and it works really well. The vacuum function and carpet boost is strong and I was pleasantly surprised by the mopping function. It mops better than I expected and has spot cleaning that works well on stains. This is my second one because my first one didn’t work properly and the bumper kept getting stuck, however, Tikom customer service helped me with this immediately. The robot does save time, helps keep the house clean and you can set it during the day to clean at specific hours in the app. The only thing is that it does make a bit of noise but not loud or more than a regular vacuum. Overall it’s a great purchase, I recommend it, and am so happy I bought it. I think you get a good/fair product for the price.

Weve never had anything like this, pure novices. Two months in now though. The mop function sounded good but its pretty worthless. But we use it almost every night to dust up and its been great to have. No worries with stairs, it stops there. We do have some couches that it wants to go under and almost can so it often gets stuck there. But its great around the kitchen table, chairs, stools, rugs, even our foam mats in the kitchen, etc. Havent used the magnetic barrier because that seems a great nuisance and not really practical. If you could mark the territory and have it learn it, then remove the tape, then maybe. But it doesnt learn the territory. It maps as it goes to make sure its covering the area in a systematic way, but doesnt remember anything (which is reasonable because chairs could shift, or the base could). It sometimes can find its way home but not always. Since it has a map of where it came from, where its been, and where it is (I can see it on the handy app), I would assume it could head straight home when its done or low on charge or we send it....but it wanders around and struggles to find the base. Not a huge deal to pick it up and put it there when that happens, but its not ideal. I do like the app. The remote is fine for basic start/stop/go home, but manually driving it around doesnt work too hot.

I have several robot vacuums from different brands. This is pretty quiet but the mop is completely useless. It’s just a wet cloth that just BARELY touched the floor.. it can pick up a tiny wet spill of a drink but nothing more.

I have very active dogs. Shedding is an issue. I have a brand name but it does not mop. Love that it sweeps and I can add the mopping accessories when I am ready. Wood floor so mopping is done when I am home as I remove/insert the attachments. I do not want a wet rag laying on my floor for hours. It is so soft on my furniture. It actually navigates on a pattern worth every penny for me.

Anastasia does a great job! I really have no complaints about her. She saves me tons of time on cleaning the floors. She obviously can’t get the corners very well, and she definitely does not get the tough stains out, but at the end of the day she’s a robot! Nonetheless she’s gets the job done!

This little guy has been a blessing! We have two pets and it’s exhausting keeping up with all the cleaning in a 3 story house. We run the robot during the week and it makes deep cleaning a lot easier on the weekend. We haven’t had any technical issues the past few months either. You can even schedule the vacuum to clean automatically

I have only owned normal roombas before this and I really wanted something that mopped or would at least help with the upkeep of my floors. We don’t wear shoes in the house but somehow the floors are always in need of a mopping. They are mostly wood and vinyl in the kitchen. Or cement in the basement. Pros: 1) noise: this is a quieter robot than all but 1 other I’ve tried 2) intelligent programming: the functions even on random do a much better/smarter job of floor coverage than other bots I’ve used especially mopping where it generally goes in back and forth rows to cover the whole space 3) gentle: it is less rough about bumping into furniture and walls and does a good job going around legs of furniture making a nice circle. (We called another robot Agrobot and bully bot because it would shove furniture around and literally took off a chunk of paint on the corner of my cabinetry) 4) water quantity: this got the floors damp but not wet which is very important for wood especially and I could walk on them again about 20 minutes later without leaving footprints in the mop job 5) mop pad: the mop pad is the width of the vacuum (which is also a decent width and not as small as other models more like a roomba size) so it has better coverage. 6) cleaning tool attached: it comes with a little tool to cut hair and things off the vacuum roller that fits in right next to the collection bin. This was a great design choice 7) extras: they included extra of the front sweeper brushes, a filter, magnetic stripping to keep it out or off certain areas and even a small pack of zip ties to help keep your wires out of the tikom’s path. Cons: 1) receptacle size: the size of the collection tray isn’t large better than some but smaller than a vacuum only bot. It is good that it more separated than the one model I tried so it stays dry. The design is easy to empty. The water section is also very small but I haven’t had an issue with it running out in the about 700ish square feet where I run it. 2) No cleaning liquid: you’re only supposed to put water in the mop and there isn’t any option for somewhere to add a cleaning solution. This is true across all the mopbots I’ve tried so I just spray my cleaning solution straight on the floor, but it is a convenience I hope will be available on future models. 3) Home: it’s not the worst or the best at getting back on its dock. This seems to be a design flaw in robot vacuum in general though. Maybe I need to anchor the charger somehow so it can’t move. 4) Mop pad attachment: I have a hard time trying to get the pads looped over the 3 front pieces and velcroed flat on the pad, but it seems to work with other non proprietary pads as well so I’m happy enough with it. Overall I would recommend you try this if you want a mopping vacuum boy.

Ok so I am I dog groomer and I got this to use after I shop vac my salon so it can pick up what is left behind and then mop the floors for me. It can vacuum really well and makes my life easier and can find it’s charging station. There are some things that really annoy me. First of all, I followed the instructions for the mopping, and not a single drop of water came out. I pulled it apart over and over again trying different things and seriously not a drop came out on mopping mode. Then I pulled out these black little rubber stoppers on the bottom of it and water started coming out. NOWHERE in the instructions does it tell you to remove these. And even when I do remove these, the water comes out TOO fast and almost drenches the floor in a few minutes and runs out of water within 10 minutes max. So I either get absolutely nothing or it soaks my floor. Why do I have ti unplug the holes? But why does that let so much water out? When I change the water settings it does absolutely NOTHING. Like I can put it on the lowest water setting ajd it will still drench my floor. And because of it running out so fast I have to refill the thing 4/5 times to do where I need it to and then it’s a mess because water is pouring everywhere and it won’t stay full long enough to reattach it to the robot. Am I doing something wrong here???? like why don’t the instructions mention these plugs or why does the water not come out when they’re in? I’m so lost. Besides that it’s quiet and does what j need it to besides when the main brush gets stuck or it runs over a cord and then suddenly can’t function because it’s “on a cliff” or the bumper is stuck. It’s ok. For the price I can’t complain too much
