Installed on my ALIENWARE R11 super simple and quick to set up

I have a couple of 850 Pro SSD drives and this 870 is just an EVO but performs as well as the 850 Pro that costs more. I also like the software that they have that lets you over-provision it.

Weve purchased many of these replacing older mechanical drives in laptops or desktops and they greatly increase the performance of the older systems providing additional life for a few more years considering the low spend.

Super easy install and now my Mac runs a lot better!!

SSD was very easy to install, works great, in fact writing this review from same PC that SSD is installed.

I had a WD Blue HDD in my laptop, its performance was normal like any other disk, but when I switched to the Samsunm EVO 870 SSD, the laptops performance increased enormously.

Using it as a boot drive for Windows, Windows loads instantly on my 10 year old PC. Replaced my ancient Crucial SSD after it died. The difference in speed is extremely noticeable compared to an old SSD.

I added this to my gaming desktop for more space. Installed so easily, everything transfers/downloads on it incredibly fast .. and I can run the games off it flawlessly. Exactly what I was hoping for !
